After many stays this is the first time we've had a real problem. There needs to be an organized way for people who are taking the shuttle to the airport to be boarded. We were 1 of 2 couples who were in the lobby by 5:10 for the 5:30 shuttle. People slowly started coming down by 5:30 there were so many people that 2 more shuttles were needed. I am 65 & my husband is 80. People rushed over to the shuttle on the other side of the driveway and it was full by the time we got to it. I went in to the front desk and asked when the next shuttle was coming because the driver said it was going to be 1/2 hour and I was upset. A second shuttle came to the usual spot for loading and we we almost the last ones on. It was so full people were standing. I'm guessing this isn't the first time there's been a problem like this. Please come up with a sign up system so others don't have to go through what we did...

We reached the hotel around 8:30 pm and the agent tells us they have no room because we didn’t check in. They could see our reservation.. agent said we will need to go to a different lol hotel. Coming after a long international flight, it was just somatic g… fortunately, another agent came and sorted the situation. It was incredibly stressful and totally unnecessary .. wish all your agents are well Trained . Keep wondering what would have happened if the other agent hadn’t been there to rectify the situation. Thank you

The room did not have a microwave oven as most hotels do have. Shuttle service to/from airport was timely. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa. The breakfast dining area upholstered chairs are badly stained and need to be replaced.
