The AC in the room was very loud, a constant noise as a drill that doesnt stop. After 3 days of not being able to sleep, they finaly sent someone to take a look at it. Also the breakfast situation was crazy. So many people that the line was 30 min long. They should have opened 2 stations on busy days like these

Great stay- but crowded

It was Spring Break- but it was very crowded. The pool was chaos, and there wasn’t enough seating at breakfast. I do not recommend the valet service the hotel uses. There are parking garages 2 blocks away, which are easily walkable.

The property is beautiful, big and clean. Rooms were big and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great! Front desk staff were NOT friendly at all which was disappointing.
