The staff here was nice. The area was not so nice. Kind of seedy with lots of people that would make you feel uncomfortable if you went out at night after dark. The hotel is convenient if you’re going to Boston Medical- otherwise I would not stay there again.

Thank God for the night security he was very polite very helpful and kept a strong eye out. But the outside of the door, a lot of homeless lot of drugs and a scary situation. Literally right outside the door. Walking to the parking garage you had to be careful and that was right across the street.

Staff and breakfast was great. Hot water in shower was inconsistent and pool was freezing. Area was not the best safety wise as you are almost connected to a hospital. Area was conveniently located. Unable to walk to any locations.

I was looking for a cheap hotel near Fenway Park for a concert. The room was fine. The breakfast was good. The location was horrible. One one side of the wall - sharing the same driveway - is Boston Medical Center. Sirens all night. On the other side of the building, under my window, was where the bums/druggies seem to live. Multiple times in the night the cops would just roll up with sirens and lights to scare them away. But, they were there whenever a cop wasn't, from day to night. I came back from dinner at 6 pm and did not feel safe enough leaving to go to a bar, as either entry for the hotel was drug city. Won't stay in this hotel again, but will pay more to be somewhere else.
