Breakfast and staff were great! Room was reasonably priced. Did not realize how far off we were from transit stations, but had buses close by. The area around the property was not clean, did not feel safe. There was a lot of sounds and sirens as this is located near medical centers. Made it hard to sleep and feel safe in the night.

It’s across the street from a hospital. Ambulances run sirens all night long. The hotel was nice but if you can’t get sleep the hotel isn’t that nice afterall!

This hotel is next a medical center. There is noise all day and night, extremely loud sirens etc. The hotel even left ear plugs in the room, at first I thought they were left behind by the previous guest. I double checked with the desk and they said yes, they leave them there. That's how bad the issue is. They try to hide it. Not to mention there's a large homeless and drug addict presence right outside the hotel. My uber driver said the area is very unsafe because of this issue. Not that this is the hotels fault, but just something to consider as I would think most people wouldn't be comfrotable walking around the area, not to mention not being able to sleep due to the excessive noise.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was great. Affordable. Unfortunately, the location was awful! There was so much noise outside. Busy intersection. Ambulance and Police sirens all night long. Unhoused gathered outside hotel and they were loud as were the police who were trying to break up their gatherings. If you are sensitive to noise, consider staying elsewhere.

Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Right next to a busy hospital, ambulance sirens and helicopter landings were a bit to get used to. Security in the property was very noticeable as the area was a high drug use area. Walking from the bus stop was not well lit and there was only one entrance as the exit door did not allow entrance. Not a single day the room was done. Told the cleaning crew to do the room and they said it would be done only to know that after 3PM still not done. Also the hotel is so bad from a noise perspective they give you ear plugs in your room. Finally the area around it is very shady, so be careful when walking around especially in the night

The sheets were dirty and certain spots the room wasn't completely clean the TV remote didn't work and the front staff was slightly rude not in a egregious way but they kind of came off like they were being bothered at least one of them was the other one was pretty nice overall not bad for the price just make sure the rooms are clean next time

room was good, staff was courteous but there was no hot water to shower with the morning. No body had hot water. Outside within 50 feet of my window was drug dealing all night long with police presence as least 25 times. Yelling and sirens kept me and my wife up all night. City of Boston was using blowers to clean up needles and debris at 6am. We were in room 215
