Very nice hotel. Easy check-in, clean room was a nice size. Close to major travel routes. Went down in the morning for the complimentary breakfast, but it wasn't ready due to staffing issues. Kind of a bummer, but I will give them a pass because it happens.

Our family stayed at the Hampton Inn Boston and we really enjoyed our time there. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a comfortable night’s sleep, and the free breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. Free parking was also a big plus. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay we felt very good staying here and would definitely come back again!

Everything at the hotel was great. Only issue was the amount of people staying and the busy mornings around the hot breakfast. Nothing the staff could have helped. The staff was great! Answered any questions and were always willing to help with directions, food options, or things to do.

I was highly upset when I prepaid $196 on Expedia when I booked and checked in they put a $150 hold on my card and all the Clerk kept saying was that usually it’s done on a corporate card and I kept telling her that I am here on a personal trip and I don’t even have a corporate card. I have NEVER had a hold so high for a one night stay. That was not ok

Too big for Hampton Inn

This Hampton inn is much bigger than I expected so it was noisier and more crowded than we typically like. The breakfast was so crowded and the buffet was cluttered and not a lot of variety. My son actually got overwhelmed and we had to leave. I will say that the staff was amazing and very accommodating.

Breakfast and Blackout curtains are the best

Best blackout curtains ever! I travel a lot and stay in all types of places. Slept in late because of the blackout curtains. Great breakfast also.

Clean and close to Boston

The hotel was kept up very nicely. Check in was easy. The bed linen was fresh, the scent when I walked into our room smelled like a really indescribable but nice and refreshing cleaner. Everything was spotless. The bed mattresses were comfortable. My son loved his waffles for breakfast. What’s great is Woburn is a short drive to Boston if you don’t mind driving into the city.

This hotel was just what we were looking for! Good location, near the Anderson/Woburn line to take into Boston. The beds were comfortable. The front desk was efficient, helpful, and kind. The shower was good. Breakfast was awesome. The usual continental fare as well as one day there were sausages, potatoes and omelettes and the next day there was scrambled eggs, smoked sausage, and French toast fingers. Would absolutely stay here again!
