The airport shuttle was impossible to find. I walked to the hotel with two very big suitcases. Expensive room and they expected me to pay for wi-fi. No free breakfast as advertised. The room carpet appeared to be dirty. Check out clerk was rude and unhelpful. Stay somewhere else.

We let the hotel know when we had gathered our bags at the airport but it took over half an hour, waiting in the cold at 11:00 pm, before the shuttle bus finally arrived. The staff member who greeted us at the hotel was not friendly. The carpet on the way to the elevator was worn & frayed. We went to our room & found we had been given a handicapped room, something we had not requested & did not want. We were too tired to ask for a change. The room itself actually had a torn bed sheet & the window curtains were unhooked at the top in various places. A shabby hotel to bear the Hilton name.

Very convenient for traveling into and out of Boston. The hotel is connected to the airport via walkways; however, it is quite a long walk. Great location for early flight when the shuttles of other hotels aren’t running. Only challenge was finding food when arriving later in the evening.
