Great location and spacious, clean suites.

Great location about a half hour walk from downtown Boston. Nice big suite and very clean with a well equipped kitchen and really nice toiletries in the bathroom. The king bed was comfortable but the sofa bed mattress was thin and not very comfortable. Ok for smaller children maybe but less so for teenagers. Breakfast was ok but the cooked food wasn’t great - best to stick to the breads, fruit and yogurt. Also - it gets really chaotic between 8:30 and 9am on school holidays, with long queues and food running out. It would be helpful if the breakfast service ran until 10am during holidays.

The staff was accommodating and pleasant. The complementary breakfast was the best I've seen in a hotel. Our room had a full kitchen which allowed for snacks and reheating leftovers for our family. The only negative is that I was unable to contact the hotel directly. An answering service kept answering. We shared this with the staff and they said that we had the correct number from their website, so the manager was going to look into it himself.

They combined Hampton inn and homewood suites in 1 building, causing heavy rush of people all the time in lobby, lines for elevator and breakfast. Breakfast quality is very low all frozen stuff heated and very crowded all the time. Very disappointing, wouldn’t stay again. No parking available, valet at $60 a night and at least 30 minutes to retrieve your vehicle.

Clean better.

The breakfast was okay, had no flavour but i guess thats to be expected when its free. The staff was not very friendly at all, maybe 2 of the 6 people we interacted with were nice, the manager however was very pleasant. Our room didn't seem like it was cleaned/ stocked fully. There was gum and trash right by the fridge and we had 1 of each towel, 1 small 1 medium 1 full size. Definitely not the amount that should be in there.

The hotel was pretty good but my one complaint is the valet. For $60 a night, i would have expected it to be an easy process and it was far from it. We waited in the valet line upon arrival for about 30 minutes. We figured it was normal because it was a little after check in time. Then the next morning we waited about 30 minutes again to retrieve the car. We tried texting the number prior because they said it would take about 15 minutes and the service was not working. So we had to wait again for the car. We then came back at about 5:30 to retrieve our other car, again the texting service was still not working, so we had to wait another 20 minutes for the car. Due to the valet and the hotel not having self parking, we would not stay here again.

the property is nice, parking is $60 which is insane and the room could've been cleaner, the stove top and fridge were both dirty. the pool was heated which was nice, not too many walkable dinner options.
