This is my first time staying at a Hyatt. The room is large but the room is not as updated as i expected. Some of the furniture was damaged and it had broken trim and old tile in the bathroom. It also had peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. Staff was friendly and i liked thestores in the area.

Great breakfast, easy check in allowed as we'd just been ubered there from our cruise ship and were tired. They gave us roons as soon as available. Staff gave us pointers on travel around the city. I needed urgent care and it was only 0.6miles away, so we walked. Rx across street at mall was convenient after the appointment.

I come to Boston monthly and typically stay at this location. However, the past several trips I’ve noticed a decrease in quality. The Bathrooms continue to have plumbing issues- lack of water pressure, slow or blocked sink drains and low pressure / slow Running toilets even after maintenance request have been submitted. These are basic things to expect in a higher end hotel. I will be looking For other accommodations in the future

Nice stay

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Many dining choices adjacent to hotel. Free parking and easy access to I-93. This is a great choice if you are visiting Boston by car.
