Out of control partiers from ruined experience.

Hotel was fine as usual, however there was some kind of party or something going on with very loud music, etc. coming from the rooms across the hall and teenagers running up and down the halls all night knocking on people's doors, got very little sleep.

Don’t do it.

When we first arrived there, we went up to our room and the TV had been broken in several places and with what looked like punch marks. I had asked for a Lakeview room and that’s what the room was advertised with, but the hotels AC unit was directly in front of my window looking outside.We asked me move to a different room, which was fine. I had two teenagers with me, one of whom was going to be making a bed on the floor and we needed extra linens. I called ahead about this and was told it was no issue at all. What they gave us for extra linens was six pillowcases (????). We were in town for a soccer tournament and we didn’t return from our late game until approximately 10 PM. When we got back, we found that the hotel was blasting, live music directly underneath our room to the point where if you could feel the vibrations in the furniture. They were accommodating about moving our room, but that was for the third time and honestly, the whole day was just becoming exhausting at this point. The TV didn’t work in this third room and they came and fixed it once, but then it stopped working again, but at that point I was done with the stay and we just went to bed.

The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled on the beautiful shores of Lake Quannapowitt, offering picturesque views that truly take your breath away. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed with amenities, making it a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. The attention to detail was evident, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtfully placed decor, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the hotel's restaurant, which offered a delicious array of dishes. We particularly enjoyed the local seafood, which was fresh and flavorful.
