The staff are professional and friendly. The transport from this hotel to Back Bay is a bit taxing with a bus and train combo which takes about one hour each way. The rooms are well appointed, clean with nice tv, well appointed bathroom with bath rather than shower and large bed for the single traveller.

My room was clean. That's the only positive review I can give. The staff was horrifyingly rude and unhelpful. And the hotel is super rundown.
