The room that was assigned to me was dirty and smell bad, but the front desk lady was very helpful and give me another one that was clean. No issues after that.

The hair dryer in my room was broken. After using it for a short while, it started to smoke, and I was really scared it might explode. I asked the staff for a replacement, but they told me there were no extra hair dryers available. The overall environment of the hotel was also not very good.

Overall for the price, our stay was good! I rated it 4 stars due to a few things…when we checked in, they sent us to a room that was absolutely trashed including poop in the toilet. It wasn’t her fault, the housekeeping marked it as clean when it wasn’t. We went to dinner and came back and were given their last room instead and it was clean (yay)! They could’ve given us more towels, at least ones that weren’t stained but for one night it was fine. Bed was very clean! We did notice the floors all smell different, the second floor smell made me nauseous but the 4th floor that we were redirected to smelled great. Overall I really can’t complain because I’m safe at home now after staying one night there. Unfortunately the listing did say continental breakfast included and it was a lie.
