The hotel was very nice. We had the fire alarm go off at 3am one of the nights so that was a bummer we had to get up and evacuate. The area around the hotel is busy

Cleaning service expected

Our room was the perfect size for our stay. However, the lack of cleaning was absolutely frustrating. Our room wasn’t cleaned one time our whole entire stay. We had to pick up our own towels and toilet paper the entire stay. We shouldn’t have to chase down necessities on a stay. We asked multiple times. They finally picked up our dirty towels that was a mountain on the third evening. While the room was great the cleaning was not.

It was a wonderful stay only issue I had was the fire alarm went off at 3 am when I had to leave for my flight home by 5:30 am so there was no point of going back to sleep and that when the hotel fire alarm went off my hotel rooms fire alarm did not go off I got woken up to the hallway fire alarm which I don’t believe is safe I’m lucky I am a light sleeper

I had a one king bed suite and it was clean, one outlet was burnt up, pool & hot tub out of service, poor lighting outside very hard to see from road until your passing it, the sign to tell you it was this driveway was very faded unable to read and the back light for the sign didn’t light up at all. They also charge you for parking in their lot on top of paying for you room. I won’t stay here again

As soon as we got in our room we found out our toilet was clogged. It wasn't until over an hour, 2 calls to the front desk, and 1 visit to the front desk that someone came up. She gave a plunger and told me to leave it outside the door when I'm done unclogging my toilet. The room had a "dirty motel" smell to it. Definitely needs an upgrade (Tub was rusted and the phone was filthy). The up side to the hotel is the breakfast in the morning. The location was also good (30 min drive to Boston and 20 mins to Salem). Stay here for the location but don't expect anything fancy.

It was clean and much cheaper than staying in Salem proper! Staff was friendly and helpful! Only like a 10-15 min drive to Salem I would recommend using Uber or Lyft while you’re there! Thank you for the great stay!

We stayed here for one night when visiting Salem in October so the price was very expensive to stay. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were pretty good, the one down fall with the room was the washroom - it needed some updating and serious tlc. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was decent. The pool was closed which we were slightly disappointed in but I would recommend staying here, as it was a good experience overall.
