1. This is a motel, not a hotel. 2. Spacious clean rooms. 3. Breakfast buffet is more extensive than most such places, but it is all still that kind of American motel breakfast. Nothing really good. 4. The check-out time is a stingy 11AM, rather than the standard 12 noon, and the have a printed policy saying they will charge $50 for late check-out. 5. Location is close to a T green line station, but T green line currently interrupted by construction, requiring use of shuttle buses to get to/from downtown Boston.

The bed was uncomfortable and noisy with a completely broken down mattress. There was an additional $25/day parking fee not mentioned upon booking, and the breakfast offerings were absolutely horrible.

We appreciated the spacious rooms, the friendly and responsive staff, and how clean the rooms and linens were. We had the King Suite, and it fit us and our kids well. The rooms had windows an it was a comfortable space. One thing to know is that it is an older building and the hot water takes longer than you anticipate to get to the room. Be patient, it will come. We like that it is an independent establishment and the staff seem to communicate well with each other, and were definitely responsive when we had questions. For the price, we think this a very pleasant and welcoming place to stay.

The staff was NOT very friendly or helpful. Reluctant to help, and every time we asked for something, they made it seem like a big problem, even though that's their job. Check-in was fine; there was a $25 parking fee/night. Breakfast was kind of a joke, just bagels, cereal, fruit, stuff that doesnt need a kitchen. Overall, our room was fine, there were no pots and pans or dishes, despite having a small kitchen with hot plate... not sure how they expected us to use it. There was a wine glass in our cupboard, but there was still lipstick on it; not sure if someone had just left it up there, as there was only one and no other dishes whatsoever, so its possible that housekeeping doesnt even check there? Water pressure was horrendous; I would have rather showered at the gym, it was like standing in the rain... like a tiny stream. AND it didnt drain well, it all just felt a little dirty, but for the price it was worth it.

My stay was fair. The building is so old. Three different floorings in my room. Tissue holder coming out of wall. Bathroom counter top slopes so much that anything you put on it rolls onto the floor. Clean sheets and towels a plus

I absolutely loved this stay. If you’re on a budget, consider this place. You get what you pay for and it’s worth it! My siblings and I were here for two nights, Friday and Saturday, and we were amazed with how spacious our two queen sized beds felt and fit in the room. Our room had a stove top, fridge/freezer, microwave, blow dryer, shower amenities, towels, tissue paper, tv, lots of light, its own heater/ac unit to change as needed, ironing table. It was incredible. They also had free breakfast, which was amazing for the price of staying there. No protein options aside from eggs and sausage in the breakfast sandwich, but there was self serve waffles, pancakes, bagels, toast, muffins, milk, yogurt, whipped cream, Nutella, apples, bananas, oranges, jelly, 3 cereal options, and more that I may be missing. It was 10 minutes or so away from Boston downtown or universities I was visiting. Absolutely loved this place and would come back to this reliable hotel. Incredible for its price!
