Great location. Right off the highway. Convenient to Newbury Street and all the shopping in Copley Place and the Prudential Center. Note: Each room has only one towel set and bathrobe unless you ask for more. I was never told that, and we had two guests.

At Copley center? Westin is better

Conference at Westin and Marriott. Loved the shower! Am at luggage room was great when it appeared that I had lost my ticket so much more civilized than the Marriott which was sheer chaos.

Hotel is in a great location valet is fantastic however …. rooms are not in the best condition they need a refresh or update and could definitely be cleaner … room service is delivered in take out boxes with plastic utensils … so not real room service

So long heavenly bed…

I have preferred Westin hotels ever since they introduced the Heavenly bed in 1999. However, they have fallen from grace. They no longer provide feather pillows, having switched to only uncomfortable, lumpy foam pillows. There is no longer any compelling reason to search out Westin and I will not stay there again.

I did not like the very low toilets. We had to plop down and struggle getting up! Installing a rail for safety support would be helpful. The guests are all In their 70’s.
