This property was chosen for our summer vacation. However, the pool was closed for the remainder of the year. We chose the hotel for the availability of the pool. This place is not as advertised. I feel cheated.

2 things. 1. The pool was closed for major maintenance issues. It would have been nice to have known that before I booked our 2 day stay. 2. The floor in the bathroom was tiled with the same synthetic flooring as the whole place. It is not designed to be in wet environments and dirty water gets down between the tiles and bubbles up when you step on it! Gross! There were dirty lines soaked into the bath mats!

The hotel was clean, the rooms were a decent size, we were provided towels when we asked. So, it was a good situation, for sure. However, the pool was shut down and has been for awhile, with no intent on it being open for at least the rest of 2025- so that should have been disclosed. Also, they charge $5 a night for parking - and that was nowhere to be found on my booking. There were also lots of inconveniences, like the side door was broken so people kept propping ot open with a rock.
