I enjoyed my stay it was only a couple of days but it wad short and sweet once they had change our room,my complaint about the room was the leag of shelf space in the bathroom for your belongings and no towel rail or hooks. All the staff was friendly and pleasant.we ate in the restaurant,i thought they needed more staff,we was left waiting for our food too long

Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotel itself was lovely with plenty of room. The pool and outdoor area were lovely, a great way to spend a sunny afternoon.

Tired Room and everything was an extra

Pros: Staff & SPA
Cons: charges - extras annoy everyone so STOP IT and sort the bathrooms out!!!
Location: It's Bournemouth - everything is there!
our visit didn't start well, Breakfast wasn't included (and I know I definitely choose it!) then we were charged £X per guest per stay for the SPA... Really! why not include it it's 5% of the room booking! Then £XX to park my car in the carpark!. So by the time we left the reception area I wasn't really happy - staff were great and clearly had had this vented at them before. Room was at best tired (Room 49) the bathroom was a bit moldy, toilet handle was falling off and shower constantly dripped. The bathroom was 1/5 at best - This bathroom needs ripping out and starting again - renting it out is asking for bad reviews! Patio window didn't seal properly and we were by the fire exit where the smell of smoke wandered into our room a bit - Not too sure what the hotel could do about this... Well apart from ALARM the exit so no-one would use it for cigarette breaks. Dinner was nice but it was freezing in the restaurant - the staff know this but again nothing they could do as it's got a lot of open glass. Wear a big jumper to eat. Breakfast was good but again I was a bit aggrieved that this was even charged. SPA was small but excellent - apart from the fact there were no robes for the first day. All things considered Managers you are letting your staff down. Your staff are really great and friendly but everything else ie all the bits under your control let you down. Unify the charges - revamp the rooms and sort give your great staff a pat on the back, they saved you from 1/5

Hotel for a short break.

Pros: Location & price
Cons: Need some touching up of some tired areas of the guest rooms.
Location: Short 15 minute walk to BIC
Excellent location, great staff, hotel needs some love, bit tired in places.

Welcoming, comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Large familiar room - Breakfast - Heated swimming pool - Restaurant staff
Location: Bournemouth town centre, beach, pier, oceanarium, gardens, bike rental...
I stayed with my husband and two children for three nights. Not only was the service welcoming but also effective. Especially kind was the restaurant staff. The room was large and confortable and in the bathroom there were a shower and a bath. Complimentary toilettary, coffee and tea, and buscuits as well. Free access to the Gym and the heated swimming pool.
