Propery is beautiful and contemporary (eventhough I missed the tall atrium of Embassy suites I am used to). Tony’s steakhouse was very good. Breakfast as usual was very good. Suites are much smaller than usual for ES. Extremely disappointed with room service. For $300.00/night in a small town, i expected them to make the beds and clean the room. They said we have to request. Requested to do it for through out our stay. They did only one night!!. House keeping came and asked in the morning whether we needed any replenishments. So we had to go through whether we had sugar, coffee, towels etc and request them instead of house keeping doing their job of seeing what needed to be replaced. So every day we came to unkept, uncleaned and unreplenished room. Very disappointed. If it were not for the very good design of the building and the excellent steakhouse, i would have given even lower rating. We are usually ES fans. But not too sure whether I am going to stay in this particular facility.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we were disappointed this time because even though we requested daily housekeeping, our room was not cleaned as asked. For the price and brand, we expected better service.

So far this hotel is wonderful!! It is beautiful from the moment you step foot in the door. It seems super high class and spacious, with snacks and extras available for purchase. The complimentary drink tickets were a nice bonus, but unfortunately you are only able to use them for an hour and a half, which happened to be the time we were out to dinner. So that was a bummer to not be able to use those. The room itself was very nice and welcoming. Seems roomy and the bathroom is large. The bathroom floor however was wet and very sticky near the toilet/shower area which did not make the best impression on me. I think this hotel is very nice and elegant, offers some finer amenities, but could definitely improve in cleanliness to get on par with the level of hotel they are supposed to be. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again and I would recommend to friends in hopes that these are some issues that could be improved, or hopefully it is not a common experience when staying here.

Luxurious Surprise!

What a wonderful little treat in Bowling Green! From the beautiful decor/design, to the spacious room, to the phenomenal breakfast…this truly felt like we were staying at a luxury hotel! No doubt this is where we’ll stay for all future trips to BG!

The property could have better lighting in the bathroom. I couldn't cut my hair / shave properly because bathroom was too dim. Other than that, it was amazing and I will stay there again.

My room had left over beef sandwiches in the fridge from a previous guest. The shampoo bottle was completely empty and the body wash was missing. Expedia said this was supposed to be a 4.5 star hotel. It’s a 2 star hotel. Will not return.
