We stayed three nights. The first night we were in a room that smelled musty, the toilet wobbled, wall paper was coming off, a hole in the wall had been repaired but not repainted, the floors were dirty, etc. We asked for a different room for the last 2 nights. It smelled better and the toilet didn't wobble, but the cleanliness is still a problem.

The only thing good about this property was the staff. They were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself was not good. It has a really uninviting smell to it, and the rooms have definitely seen better days. The cleanliness was not up to par, and the breakfast was maybe one of the worst I’ve seen. Definitely will not be back. Hampton should be ashamed having their name on the property. They are better than this.

Staff was very friendly, Hampton Inn met most standards however, elevator floors stayed dirty the whole time we were there. Room smelled like smoke, even though it was a smoke free room. Plumbing was slow - bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

First, they now charge for parking your car in the parking lot! We paid $143 for the room and an additional $75 for out 2 pound dog. And they need to stick us for an additional $6? Second, our bed was made with too small a fitted sheet, so it popped off as soon as we got into bed. It would not stay on. Third there were ywo long, black hairs in the tub. My husband and I are in our seventies with short, gray hair. Fourth, the Kleenex box was showing the warning blue tissues when we arrived. Of course, we ran out soon after arriving.

The property was clean and easy to access. The room was a little stale from the air being turned off. I thought the 5 dollar charge for parking was kind of petty. This is Bowling Green KY not downtown Nashville. I despise paying for parking in major cities much less pay for it in an area where parking space isn’t an issue

It was okay

We only stayed one night. The A/C was loud and kept both me and my partner up. After my partner took a shower, the carpet outside the bathroom felt wet like there was a potential leak somewhere. The bed was okay, not super comfy, but once you got into a good position it was good. However, with the loud A/C, it was hard to stay asleep. It was probably the room we got honestly (I had accidentally selected an accessible room when I booked it but I would hate for someone who needs the accommodation to go through this experience too).

The hotel is in a busy location but easy to get to. Very clean, good breakfast, but the pool was shut down and it was a 95° weekend! We normally don’t bring our swimsuits when we travel but because we were gonna be there for a few days for the car show we thought it would be nice to take a dip in the pool in the evening. Nice staff, at the front desk and the cleaning folks! Uber picks you up right out front pretty decent dining options close by.
