The physical property said they can't do a thing about it since we booked with Expedia. When you go to Expedia, you say contact property directly. No one fixed the problem. On top of that, one blanket had very visible blood stains and another blanket with something on it. Every time we needed to enter the room, it took about 4 minutes, because it would only work every 100th time we put the keycard in.
