Despite have a kitchenette, there was nothing in the cabinets, no silverware, cookware or dishes. Which was fine, since I only stayed one night. The hotel and the surrounding area seems safe and the location is close to restaurants within walking distance and or just a short drive. Same for retail shops. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Very meh

We did not realize this is an extended stay place and a good majority of the guests are sketchy at best. The staff is meh at best. The room was clean. The pillows are trash. We bought some of our own.

I want to start off by saying the room was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. That being said other guests in the hotel were extremely loud. I stayed on a Sunday night for work looking for a cost efficient place to stay on my travels. There were people outside all night including kids yelling, screaming, playing until well after 11PM. There were multiple dogs barking and howling in a room multiple times. 6AM rolls around and multiple diesel trucks start up, doors slamming, people stomping around and this all continues consistently until I left. I know as a hotel you cannot control the respect level of your guests but I would say stronger boundaries are needed. The front desk was respectful and did get a handle on the loud kids at about 1130 or so. I've never left a negative review before but I feel I need too for this one.

We booked a room staying it was for 4 people and were told they only provided towels for 1 person. We were told that we would be charged $2 per set of towels for any additional towels needed. They also do not provide a hairdryer in the room, you have to go to the front desk and sign one out.

There were 15-20 people hanging out at both front and rear doors. Scary.Then told no water till 10pm. Used bottled water from car. Not Orbitz fault. However still no water at 11.30. 7.30 am water at sink and toilet but worried about quality. And no water at shower. Front desk said nothing they could do. But Orbitz handled this reservation satisfactory.

Good and simple place. Small but clean. Only complaint is that the sound proofing was not great so a lot of outside noise and being able to hear all of the movement of those staying around you. Also, no curtains, but great blinds, so could not completely make the room dark.
