Fantastic Week

Travel to Lake Gaston with my entire family (16 of us total with an age range from 4 years old to 84) and we had an amazing time. The house was beautiful, the dock (swimming and fishing) was incredible, the pontoon boat a blast, the view amazing with plenty of space to relax, have meals together, enjoy family time, play games and just unwind. Adam was a fantastic host who provided fantastic information about the home, the area, our stay and offered great help along the way. It was a hall of fame vacation and one our family will never forget.

The property and hosts are amazing! As with any stay, there were some hiccups and the hosts were incredibly prompt to respond. Labels on every cabinet/drawer in the kitchen, clear instructions on how to use house amenities and TONS of games and entertainment! Thank you hosts 👍

Fantastic Lake House!

Beautiful home located on a peaceful lake. We take a family vacation with 3 generations every year. This was one of the best! All ages had an awesome time with so many activities in the house and on the lake to keep them busy. We loved this vacation and have wonderful memories to cherish. Amazing Vacation Rental

Our family had an amazing week and this property only added to the experience. All of the items we needed were already there from the kitchen to the Lake. The house was clean and up to date. Great house with lots of space

We absolutely enjoyed this property and look forward to visiting it again! The house is very spacious and the outdoor space it awesome! One more bathroom will be great which they are putting in by next year… but we have no complaints! The house is well stocked and it’s an awesome place to come in and not leave your entire stay except by boat!

Family vacation

We had a great vacation at Firefly Bay! The house was very spacious and updated with many places to gather as well as quiet spaces to read a book. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the fire pit, kayaks, paddle boards, lily pad, hot tub, and game room. The kitchen was very well stocked. Rachel was very quick to respond when we had a question. Highly recommend this property!

Great week at the lake

We absolutley loved our stay at Firefly Bay. It was a perfect spot for our large family to all be together. We spent the week boating, tubing, swimming and fishing. The property was wonderful and supplied with all we needed to enjoy our stay. It was very clean, and Adam and Racher were great hosts. We had to contact them a few times with questions and each time they were prompt and very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic!

Wow! What a beautiful home! We had such a lovely time! The lake was great fun and the views from the house were plentiful! Great fireworks show right across the lake from us as well. The home was one of the best stocked that I have stayed in so far. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. I highly recommend!

Beautiful home on a beautiful lake! House is huge and just gorgeous. Kids had a blast jumping off the dock, swimming, fishing. Caught 3 huge catfish off the dock. Must have been 35 pounds! Fire pit and hot tub were a hit! Will definitely be back!

Great House, Not So Great Location

If you’re looking for remote, this is the place for you. The house is beautiful, but there is nothing nearby for at least 25 minutes. Also, be ready to lug all your own garbage to a dump, because that’s what part of your stay requires.

Our group had an excellent time at Firefly Bay! The house is just as pretty in person as it is in the images, if not prettier. The views are absolutely amazing. The house was extremely well equipped and the owners have thought of everything to make the stay wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed everything this fabulous home has to offer, including the 2 tiered dock, hot tub, nights by the fire pit, and fun game room area. 5 PLUS Star Home!!

Beautiful Lake House

It was our first time in a lake house, and we fell in love with it. We had so much fun with the pontoon, kayaks and paddle boards! We watched the sunset everyday while on the kayaks and paddle boards, it was very, very peaceful. The hot tub was a great way to end the day. The house has everything you need, it was very clean and very comfortable for a big family. The game room was so much fun for everyone! Adam was very helpful through out the check in and check out process. We can’t wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Firefly Bay on Lake Gatson. The house had everything you can imagine and more. Every room has a beautiful lakeview and perfect sleeping arrangements for multiple families. We were able to enjoy the pontoon boat, tubing, kayaks, and endless hours in the gameroom. Our kids enjoyed fishing at sunrise and making s'mores at sunset. We would highly recommend this house, there is something for everyone. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Great house!

The house and property were exactly how described. We had a couple families with several small kids. The location is perfect for tubing and water skiing since it’s not that busy of an area on the lake. Water is clean and calm! Only negative is that there is no yard. The property in on a hill and there is no flat area for kids to play. Luckily everyone in our group loves the lake and didn’t need a yard. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views in a quiet setting

We had our family Christmas gathering at this property and upon arrival fell in love woth the beautiful views. These views can be enjoyed from just about any room in the house. Everything was spacious, comfortable, beautiful and relaxing. The property owners were amazing with responding quickly to questions and concerns (mind you we stayed Dec 24th-Dec27th) even on Xmas day!!! The only thing I would say was a slight hiccup, but not due to the property or the owners... the cleaning crew that came in before we arrived missed several things. For instance, they left opened food, drinks etc in the bar fridge. This would not hinder us from stayibg at this property again though. We fell in love with the house and location.
