The thermostat did not work in the first room. They did move us. Then there was an additional charge on our card for almost the cost of an entire additional room. Tried to call to get it cleared up, took forever and they finally said they would call back next week. Oh, and they charge for parking in an almost empty lot

10:30 pm Starting off the front doors were locked. A phone sign said to call 0 Operator. It was busy for 10 minutes. Someone noticed us from the bar and opened the doors so we wouldn't freeze. No one was at the front desk to check us in. We waited an additional 20 minutes for the next shift employee to show up and check us in. The room, was very nice. The breakfast was also very good with scrambled eggs, bacon and other yummy items. But in all my years of traveling I never had to wait over 30 minutes to get checked in, not knowing if we would be able to get checked in. No one knew what happened to the front desk person. It was weird.

Room was spotless. Check in was at breeze which is what you need at 3am. Staff are helpful and sweet. Breakfast buffet was too notch . Can’t recommend this hotel enough. These guys are doing a great job!!!

I would have given a five star across the board except when I arrived, they hit me with a $15 parking lot charge for my vehicle. Maybe I overlooked it somewhere in the advertisement, but charging $15 to park seems ridiculous to me. Chalk it up to another tax I guess

The hotel and staff were wonderful! But not happy with the fact the hotel charged for parking! This was ridiculous, with the high cost of the rooms, out of way location ,a normal parking lot and the fact you park yourself and walk in. Not pleased at all, and probably the only reason I may not stay at this location again. This is not downtown Denver, or even downtown Bozeman for that matter! Thumbs down!
