I love the village hotel concept... the bar and grills are fab with great atmosphere. The hotels are reasonably priced and the staff always go that extra mile. Nice hotel but other guests were inconsiderate

Our room was next to the door so we could hear it banging everytime people came through it, also guests we being very load late into the night

Great stay. Convenient to the attraction we were visiting. A bonus with the swim for kids. Although we had to wait to go in as capacity was full. Even though had booked as additional to our room.

Very disappointing stay

Really disappointed with our stay at Village Hotel Bracknell. The room was unbearably hot and despite them providing us with two fans and the window in the room Being open we could not cool it down. Spent a lot of time with the door to the room being open to the hallway to try and get some of the cool air from the hall into the room. Absolutely awful nights sleep for both of our nights. Also disappointed to hear after coming back from a hot day at legoland that there are times for family swimming and it ended at 6.30pm so we couldn’t use the pool just after 6 when we returned, nobody told me about this when I checked in. We were also told on check in that breakfast was 8am- 10am then when we arrived for breakfast on our second morning at 9.30 they told us it ended at 9 as it was now on weekday times which was 6.30-9am but we weren’t told about this change in time so missed out on the breakfast we had paid for.

The hotel operates a leisure facility which constantly played music under or adjacent to the bedrooms. The spin class with motivational lady on a loudspeaker at 6:00am failed to motivate me as gave up entirely on sleep.

Convenient to motorway and a good price. Comfortable bed. Shower very quickly flooded the whole of the bathroom floor as I was washing my hair. Despite reporting this to 3 different people by the time I checked out over 2 hours later no one had to turned up to do anything. I used all my towels to try and dry the floor, then had to go to the gym showers to rinse the shampoo out my hair.
