The pictures on the listing don’t do justice to how the actual place looks and feels like. Brilliant sunsets from the balcony every day. Enjoyed our stay throughout - totally recommend it to everyone.

Great property, right on the beach, front row to beautiful sunsets, walking distance to great restaurants and Bridge St. Property has chairs, umbrellas, fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels. Clean and great communication with owners. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect beachfront condo!

The perfect balcony to drink coffee on in the mornings and watch the sunset in the evenings. Incredibly clean, all the equipment you could possibly need in the kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels! Walking distance to Bridge Street and trolley stops. Will 100% be back!

Money well spent

Property was perfect. Located right on the beach. Literally 30 plus steps and you are in the ocean. Morning coffee on the balcony watching dolphins. Walk down the pier and spotted some manatees. If you need a break this is the place.

Great Location!

Came for the weekend with my family. Condo is right on the beach and in the most happening part of Anna Maria Island. We left an electronic device in the unit and the host was kind enough to mail it to me. Would definitely stay here again.

Coffee and Dolphins!

We had an excellent experience at this property! The location was perfect with the beach views and access. Seeing dolphins and manatees while sitting on the balcony every morning, was exactly why you get a beachfront property...and this one delivered! Close walk to breakfast every morning, with coffee at Back Alley Treasures and breakfast sandwiches at Waffel Celebrations was a perfect way to start the day! Enjoy your stay here for the proximity to the beach and surrounding family-friendly places to eat. Bedrooms were defintely spacious, and the overall listing was accurate. Property management hours of operation made any things that did pop up during our stay was comforting.

The best place to stay on Anna Marie Island

This condo was super clean and had everything we needed for the week. Location was within walking distance to great shops & restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to stay. We are already looking to return this fall.

Great location if you want to bar hop, otherwise it’s very congested area. The balcony is a little mis represented very small no real furniture and is shared, with other half of quad plex. Steep stairs to access the second floor so it might not be the best choice for the elderly.

perfect size, convenient, beautiful

We had a lovely time at the beach house condo. amazing views, access to beach, downtown and parking. nice sized rooms for two kids and adults and an extra pull out bed if needed. All the amenities of home and quiet.

Location is everything!

Perfect location for relaxing girls trip with no car needed. Can't get any closer to the beach then this condo. Quiet, yet so so close to excellent restaurants, casual bars, spa and shopping. All of our needs were met. Twin beds are not super comfortable for an adult, but we managed and slept well regardless.

Never leave the beach

There are so many good things to say about this property. The most important is the location. You can't find a better location in my opinion. The island is skinny in where the condo is located so on one side of the condo is the beach, with a fantastic viewing window, and then a 1/4 block behind you is bridge street with shopping, dining, and the bay. The condo has smooth tiled floors throughout, so sand isn't an issue, and it is very clean and the kitchen fully furnished for cooking. We loved our stay in this condo on Anna Maria Island.

I love this place

Hands down our favorite place ever. From watching the sunset from the balcony, no huge crowds, and walking distance to restaurants, piers, and shops. The condo was perfect size for the 4 of us and we all had the best time. Will definitely be back!

It was a great experience the place was perfect size for us and we loved the view. Although, I was disappointed that we had no privacy from our neighbors. The patio was not split apart, every time we wanted to sit outside or go out on the patio, their kids would come out run all over us. Couple of their kids tried to wake up my daughter by using their flashlight and waving through the patio sliding door. Another issue I had was I thought this was no smoking condo indoors, our next door neighbor was smoking weed and you could smell it in the Master bedroom for hours at night. It was really smelly. I have no problem if it was outside.
