The house was lovely, the pool deck had great space for everyone to relax and swim. Location is a short walk to the pool and the whole area near cortez bridge felt cozy. We look forward to staying here or nearby again!!

Great view of the sunrise over the bay from the kitchen balcony! Pool and deck were larger and more spacious than expected. Room layout was perfect for 3 families. Beach was a short walk. Beach amenities were also more than expected. Thank you for helping make our vacation great. 1-2 extra blankets would be great.

We loved the lay-out, the location and the style of the home. You have a beautiful place and we did thoroughly enjoy our stay. We were a bit disappointed overall. The Ping pong table and foosball table are both in very poor condition. The cleanliness of the place was lacking. The placement of the frig is terrible and my fingers got pinched against the wall multiple times. Our primary bedroom sheets had rust marks on them. There is some type of water or mold damage in the primary bathroom with what appears to be a very poor attempt to repair. Moldings everywhere had thick dust and dirt in corners, rusted screws on light fixtures and the place could use some “throw blankets” (not bed quilts). Upon arrival, I had to clean the glass light figures over the center island because they were covered with dust and bugs. We are VRBO owners ourselves & travel frequently. I hate being critical because I know it stings. However, at this price point our minimum expectation was that the place would be clean, with all amenities in great condition, and that expectation fell short.

Spacious Home, Walk to Beach

This home was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 3 children 6 and under. Plenty of space, great amenities, very clean, awesome views, and only a couple blocks to the beach. It was also only a block to the Bay which was great for an active 6 year old who loves to fish. The property manager was very attentive and sent someone over quickly when we needed a small maintenance fix.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Rooms were great size. Lots of outside areas to enjoy. Great pool for young children. Instructions for internet/wifi sign in were not accurate. The dishwasher doesn't clean very well; we had to rinse everything and it ran forever.

Great Stay!!

The house was beautiful and as described. Location was perfect! We could walk beach to bay in under 5 minutes. The house was a 1 minute walk to the bay and a 4 minute walk to the beach. It was plenty big for our 6 kids, us and my parents. We had a great time and loved the back yard and pool. Communication with property management was exceptional. Nothing was ever wrong, always operator error! Thank you, and we look forward to booking again!

Great for groups

We stayed with several other couples (Gen x) and it was perfect that we each had our own bathrooms. The common areas are big and we were all able to fit around the table to eat and play cards. I would have appreciated a few more comfortable chairs or another couch in the main living room and better pans in the kitchen.

Family, Friends & Fun!

Lovely home and a perfectly beautiful set up for our group of 4 couples! The layout was wonderful as we all enjoyed our time together as well as our privacy. The location is fabulous, the beach - outstanding, a lovely, clean pool, great outdoor spaces and an awesome kitchen that was very well equipped for the cooking we did - breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. We all had a great time!

Blue Tide

We are a large family of 13 - grandparents, adult children with spouses and grandchildren - who stayed at this property for a week. The property management company was quick to respond when we had to immediately report issues that needed attention. The staff that came out were very friendly but unfortunately there were a few issues that could not be repaired during our stay. The dishwasher needed a part and a plumber needed to be called in order for a tub to be fixed. We did understand that these things happen. We would encourage anyone renting a property anywhere to report issues so that the management company knows that there are things in need of repair. Other than they we really had a wonderful vacation. The layout of the house was great and the neighbors were very friendly. We were invited to take part in the St Patrick's Day parade these neighbors had and it was a blast. This was our 4th stay at a property on the island. This location was wonderful. One black from the bay we could walk down and sit at a bench and dolphins swam right up to us which the kids loved. Dead end street also made it a quiet location. The walk to the beach was just a few short blocks which was easy with kids and easy to go back to enjoy sunset. Minus the fact that the repair work needed was a little bit of a vacation hindrance it was a great property.

Great Family Getaway

We stayed here for 5 days with our family, including our children, spouses, and grandchildren. The house was perfect for our needs. The location was great, and the neighborhood was quiet. The beach was just a short walk away, across the main road. There was one thing we needed to have fixed during our stay, and it was taken care of immediately. We were surprised and pleased there were gates for two of the stairs. We had two children under the age of 2 and one that was 4. There are a lot of stairs in the house, so just be prepared for that. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans, but no kitchen staples. We were informed of that ahead of time. The pool was very nice. A little smaller than appeared in the listing, however, plenty large for us. In total we were a group of 9. Overall, a beautiful house with a few quirks with door handles, and some of the trim could use some tlc, but we would definately stay here again!

Loved the house and location

We really enjoyed our stay. My only critique is that the house was not as clean as it should be. Every bathroom had some molds and the washer was stinky and with mold. Kitchen supplies such as dish soap, garbage trash was limited.. was too little..we had to buy..as well as laundry soap. There was only 1 small broom...the patio with the pool...was OK...pool smallervthan pic..but ok...way too cold...the gardening in the patio was abandoned....besides that little cleanning issue....the house is a 5/5 great location, great space..

Unfortunately starting at check in when the door that i was given the code to was not working and then was told someone would be right out, no one showed and i had to call back to be told a different code and a different lock box. Once we got in we were faved with an ice maker then didn’t work, a refrigerator way to small for the size of the house, a handle in the microwave that kept popping off, the gas grill wasn't working and there were bugs in one of the bathrooms/bedrooms. Just a disappointing overall stay considering the price we paid.

This was a great house! We loved the property and it’s location. Management quick to solve any issues. Only caveat is if you rent golf carts there is only one plug in the garage and it blows the circuit, so rent the gas ones and not electric. Very pleased with this property❀❀

Blue Tide Vacation

The property is in a great location but the keypad to gain access to the home did not work and was never fixed during the stay. Poor communication regarding if the key pad was checked or not able to be fixed. A plumber showed up despite the fact that we did not call for one. I never received a message to let me know someone was coming to the home. There were several things in the home that needed attention. The shower in the ceiling leaked so that while you showered the additional shower head above you dripped cold water the entire time. This was probably why the plumber showed up a couple days into our stay but we never received notice and we had a sick family member staying in that area of the house at the time . The faucet to the tub was coming out of the wall. The tiki torches were rusted, broken and not useable. There was an abundance of ants and mosquitoes in the pool area and the landscaping was poorly kept. The handle on the microwave was broken as well as the fridge freezer door and the electric mixer did not work. At one time I’m sure this house was beautiful. Just seems it’s been a bit abused and not attended to. For the price, somewhat disappointing honestly.

house, decent location

Great house, nice neighborhood but be aware the house across the street is under construction so there is constant noise. The photos of some of the beach equipment are outdated. The beach wagon is nearly non functional and there are no coolers. Be sure you are prepared to supply all paper goods, coffee filters, salt and pepper
as there is nothing in the house when you arrive. The house was clean and very liveable otherwise. Beds are comfortable, linens are nice. Bed pillows are “tired”. No adult games but lots of puzzles and childrens games. Located just 2 easy walking blocks from the beach.
