Pool Heat:

Our pool is equipped with a heater which, when needed, is set to maintain a minimum temperature of 85°F (29°C), but heating effectiveness is weather-dependent. The system works efficiently when ambient temperatures are above ~60°F (18°C); in colder, windy, or rainy conditions the water may remain cooler than expected despite the heater running. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a specific temperature.

Parking:

Maximum of five cars (or 4 cars and a boat trailer). Guests are asked to coordinate parking and plan accordingly. No overnight parking available for additional vehicles. No street parking.

Garage: Accessible to guests for storing bikes, paddle boards, kayak, and beach accessories. Not for guest vehicles.

Neighborhood Considerations:

Noise Levels: Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can disturb neighbors' peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
