A wonderful place to spend our time away for the holiday

The property was better equipped than anticipated, it was easy to make Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. The heated pool was also a wonderful place to gather and spend our days outside. A short drive to the beach (with easy/free public parking) and within walking distance of Publix and Target make it a desirable location. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms also gave us plenty of private space to retreat as well. I would enthusiastically recommend this property!

The property was beautiful and maintained well. When entering home, everything was as described and viewed in photos. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, definitely great to have private access and the privacy fence. The host was very communicative about property upkeep and providing items needed for game/cabana room. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Awesome house for lots of guests.

Great place for everyone to come together and enjoy each others company. When we needed some mixing bowls for cooking. Tony the owner sent some over right away!Excellent place to stay!Would recommend staying there in the future.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Everything in the kitchen area was nicely labeled making it easy to find everything. There were more than enough supplies throughout the house, plenty of towels. Plus was having use of washer/dryer. We were here for a soccer tournament and the boys loves the play area for them with the pool table and ping pong. We will definitely keep this house in mind if we come back next year.

Perfect Home Away From Home

This house is even more beautiful in person. It is spacious, much larger than it appears in the pictures, and the is laid out perfect. We loved the game room, and it's in a great location, only about 10 minutes to the beach. Christine, Tony and Jordan were excellent Hosts.

Senior Trip

8 HS Grads and 3 Moms explored AMI every day. What a beautiful area! We made lots ofmemories before this group of girls go different directions in the next chapter of life. Mermaid Manor offered opportunities to be together and space to relax and play.

Fantastic for our family Vacation!

My whole family was able to gather for a great vacation. The house was perfect in size, decorated beautifully and fully equipped with state of the art appliances and very well stocked with accessories.The pool, hot tub, rec room was so nice and we spent the majority of our time there. For families with small children, there are safety alarms and adequate locks that can put your mind at ease of any worries.Tony was very quick to respond with any question I had.I would recommend this location to anyone!

5-Stars! Perfect Vacation Home & Great Location

We stayed for a week with a very large group, and the house was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and in a prime location just a few minutes from the beach by car. It’s close to so many restaurants, Target, Publix, and Walmart. You couldn't ask for a better spot in a safe, welcoming neighborhood. We loved the pool, and the game room was a blast. The guys played poker every night! I would definitely recommend staying at Tony & Christine’s home. They’re great hosts and have truly thought of everything. We will be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Mermaid Manor House was simply unforgettable. Three families stayed together and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house boasts five full bathrooms, which made our mornings a breeze and the tropical backyard was our little slice of paradise. The interior decor is absolutely amazing, perfectly complementing the coastal vibe. Plus, the beaches on AMI are breathtaking. Tony and Christine, our hosts, truly went above and beyond. They are the best ever!

Fantastic Property! We already booked our next trip!

We stayed at Mermaid manor for fall break with a multigenerational family. First of all the house is laid out just perfect and it's much larger than we thought, no steps made it easy to get around for my parents who are in their 80's. 5 full bathrooms and 4 in suite bathrooms was the original deal maker for us! My family loved the house so much we already booked our next trip. We made memories for a lifetime having nightly meals at the massive island and playing cards at night at the poker table. It's very well equipped and so many things to do. We loved the game room and the house was so comfortable and decorated so well. It's only a few minutes to the beach, there was no traffic at all during our trip over fall break. Also the hosts were great, and always available if we needed anything. Thanks for a great vacation!

Hidden Gem!

Four families shared this hidden gem near Anna Maria Island, and every parent enjoyed their own king suite with a private bath and comfortable mattresses. The kitchen has the biggest island we've ever seen and was the heart of our get-togethers. Every corner of the house is thoughtfully designed, with stylish decor and an open, welcoming feel. The tropical backyard and heated pool were perfect and private. The AMI beaches are absolutely stunning, you wouldn’t even guess that a hurricane hit the area a few months ago. The entire area is so beautiful. Tony and Christine truly went above and beyond. We can’t recommend this spot enough for your next vacation!

You must see this place!!

To begin the owner was extremely responsive and communicative! I have rarely stayed at a rental with this much assistance, flexibility, and overwhelming desire for us to have the best experience! Check in and out was seamless. The rental guidebook was so helpful in planning our days and the house was fully stocked with everything you’d need to go to the beach or a day by the pool!! Everything was BRAND NEW! The decor was fun and well thought out. The house was spotless!! The living spaces were perfect for a big group to have a giant family dinner or games in the living room! The bedrooms provided personal space and the back yard is stunning!! I would rent from Tony time and time again!!

Perfect home for our big family vacation. Absolutely stunning!

Mermaid Manor was everything we hoped for and more. The house is gorgeous, spotless, and set up perfectly for large groups. We had 20 people and never once felt crowded. The 4 king suites with private bathrooms were a huge win for the adults, and the bunk room kept the kids happy. The backyard was our favorite part. The heated pool and big hot tub were perfect after the beach, and the cabana game room was used nonstop. The poker table and pool table made our nights so much fun. The mosquito free yard was unbelievable, we spent hours outside with zero bites. The kitchen is massive with the 15 foot island, and we cooked big family meals every night. We loved having plenty of hot water with all the bathrooms, no one ever had to wait for a shower. Location is excellent, only a quick drive to Anna Maria Island. The beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were really helpful too. Tony and Christine were incredible hosts, super responsive and made everything easy. We would come back in a heartbeat. If you’re traveling with a large family or multiple families, this is the perfect house.

Vacation with large family

Our family (15 of us) stayed here and had a wonderful time! The layout worked great - has 3 bedrooms on each side (6 total) with the living area in the middle, which worked out great. Plenty of bathrooms and hot water for showers. Right out the back sliding doors is the pool, game room, and hot tub. It's great that you can keep an eye on the pool while in the living room or kitchen. The home had just been renovated, so everything was essentially new. Location is very good - only about 5 miles to Anna Maria beaches. Traffic can get a bit busy but it wasn't too bad. Our host, Tony, was awesome - very responsive. We had an issue with the pool heater but it was resolved within a few hours. Tony was very helpful and even provided a guide for the area, i.e. restaurants, things to do, etc. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely consider coming back here again!

Perfect Beach House

We had an amazing stay at Mermaid Manor! Four families shared this spacious home, and it was perfect for our group. Each couple had their own king suite with a private bathroom, which made things so much easier. The kitchen was a dream, and the massive 15-foot island made dining together a breeze. The backyard felt like a tropical oasis, and having the pool screened in made it even better. The huge covered patio on the side of the house was a great spot to hang out, especially when it rained. We grilled, played cornhole, and just enjoyed being outside no matter the weather. It was also great to see that Bradenton and Anna Maria Island have totally recovered from Hurricane Milton. You’d never even know a storm came through. Everything was open, the beaches were beautiful, and the area looked as amazing as ever. Tony and Christine were fantastic hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!
