The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The beds on the other hand were very hard and uncomfortable. There were hairs from the previous guest inside the shower on the walls and inside the tub. We attempted to get breakfast, but everything was empty when we got there, they weren’t very efficient on keeping up.For the price of this hotel vs. the others in town, I had higher expectations.

Sometimes, the service and everything are excellent. However, do not be surprised if you enter your room after check-in and find a strong smell and an unclean room. In some rooms, the heater is very noisy. Overall, it is better than others in the town.

There was no breakfast available to us by 9:30am. As we were checking out at 9:30am or so, someone was putting breakfast items out, way past the hours that were advertised. The pool was closed. I explained to the Manager that the breakfast and the indoor pool were the 2 reasons that we chose to stay at this hotel and that we received neither, the Manager bristled and sarcastically apologized. She was not sincere in her apology and seemed irritated that I brought it up. She was rude and not at all interested in whether we were satisfied.
