Cabin was cozy and beds were comfortable. The master bath could have used a soap/shampoo holder as well as soap dispensers. TV was easy to use - thank you. It was nice that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom.

No hangers in either closet. Closet doors were totally off its hinges, making it impossible to get into the closet. When I called the front desk to get hangers, the man suggested I go “pick some up at Walmart”! The unit was advertised as a walk in. There was no mention of the fact that parking was a significant distance away and that you had to navigate a very, very steep incline. This was a huge problem for my 80 year old sister!Will not be staying here again. Extremely disappointed.

Location was very convenient and close to everything. Check in and check out was easy and simple. Cabin was neat and clean. Although it wasn’t a huge problem, there are a few things that need to be fixed. The dryer couldn’t be used because the lint trap is cracked and wouldn’t stay put. It fits inside the dryer wall and kept falling out whenever you turned the dryer on. The toilet paper holder in the master bedroom is broken. The roll wouldn’t stay on. There is a dead bolt and a door chain on the inside of the front door, however neither work. Those would’ve been nice to use in addition to the keypad lock. These things were not a big deal to us, however I thought it would be worth mentioning in case the owner wasn’t aware. Overall it was a nice, quaint cabin and we would stay there again. Thanks

I chose it because it said walk in and the picture looked easy to get into. Important to us as we are in our eighties. It was awful getting into. It’s built on a hill side. The parking area is slanted making it hard to retrieve your luggage and belongings. (The car door kept slamming shut). Then there was a sharp incline leading to the sidewalk in front of the cabins. It was really hard for us old people to manage that incline with our arms loaded with our stuff. Then, the cabin was third in an attached row of three making the walk even further. By the time we got in and saw how dark, dreary and dirty it was I was ready to forfeit my money and go somewhere else but we were too exhausted. The carpets were dirty and stained, the walls needed painting, and the lighting was depressing. It was two days later before I was able to talk to a supervisor. She offered to move us but we didn’t want to go through all that. She refunded the cleaning fee, but that wasn’t sufficient. I would not have stayed an extra day if it had been free. Also the outside balcony had three big lazy boy type chairs on it. To me, they screamed of dirt, bugs, and mildew! It could be a cute place if the owner would put some of the money back into the place and fix it up. I couldn’t bring myself to walk on the floors barefoot. It gets one star because the bed was comfortable and it did look clean and the towels were nice. The kitchen was well equipped but it had ants and was too dark. Don’t waste your money.

My family and I stayed 4 nights here and the cabins were as advertised if not better. It has everything you would need from dishes to appliances to a community swimming pool. The cabin as well as the community was clean, the staff was friendly at check in and it was extremely easy to check in. I highly recommend these cabins.

The cabin was very nice. Just what I had thought it to be. Our biggest problem was getting to the cabin. I am semi-handicapped and use a walker. It was difficult to push the walker up the hill. Otherwise, we loved being there. Would love to come back but use a more accessible cabin. moreacVrelaxing

Very pretty

We did have some checkin issues. Our code to get in was not accurate. I’m guessing our neighbors thought our room was theirs and tried their code so often that we were locked out. But then I had to call 13 times (4 different #s) to get help. I was on hold for way too long. We also found dirty socks in the recliner. Lol. No big deal. These things happen. Overall

Long weekend

Location was fairly easy to find. Only downside was the parking & starting up the sidewalk as the parking was on the side of a hill so it was a tad tricky getting out of the car if you were in the high side
needed someone to hold the door so those in that side could get out easier. Starting up the sidewalk seemed steep would potentially be harder for those with mobility issues To get onto the sidewalk. Needed to have unit numbers displayed so that you could more easily figure out which one was yours, finally saw that they were written above the door in permanent marker in the last evening. Back porch was amazing. Would stay again depending who was traveling with.
