Trash was overflowing everywhere. No towels in the pool area. Pool gate didn't work. Breakfast staff was rude with another guest. Cleaning person used their key to enter our room while we were still using it. Beds were comfortable. Room appeared clean. Wouldn't stay again.

This is usually my go to place when in Branson but I guess the word has gotten out because they always seem to be near capacity. The biggest issue with this is the amenities such as the included breakfast which seems to have people waiting in long lines with little to no place to sit once they’ve filled their plates. The motel is currently undergoing a renovation of sorts and while the additions are of good quality the workmanship is somewhat lackluster and the parking and exterior looks as if no longer gets cleaned with all the cigarette butts in the parking and in front of rooms and the dirt and cobwebs in the breezeways, and the seats and tables in the breakfast area were filthy with greasy kids hand prints all three mornings I was there. Reducing the room cleaning to every other day under the guise of conservation and being eco friendly is a bit off when the breakfast is served in single use styrofoam plates and cups. The check in is above reproach, the rooms clean and tidy, and the staff go above and beyond but it seems as though the property itself isn’t cared about as it once was. I’ll definitely be staying again but hopefully the place starts getting the attention it once did and deserves or I may have to find a new home away from home.

Wonderful Stay!

This hotel was a great place to stay! Nice staff! They were Very helpful with bringing extra towels to our room. Breakfast was good with waffles and biscuits and gravy! Our room was Super Comfortable and very clean! They have laundry facility on grounds which was very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

I've stayed here many times but this is the first time I got a very worn bed. One side was completely sunk in so I tried to sleep in the middle and it was a balancing act. The mattress needs rotated or completely replaced.
