There are two OVERSIZED bedrooms with cozy king beds and HUGE walk in closets (plenty of room for a pack n play which has been provided). There is also a very comfortable queen size pull out sofa sleeper for extra sleeping arrangements. Walk out to your fully screened in porch while you enjoy your coffee and view of the Ozark Mountains! Ready to step outside and enjoy what the resort has to offer?!? The following resort amenities are LITERALLY within WALKING DISTANCE inside the Pointe Royale Golf Resort: The Clubhouse/Pro Shop, 1st Tee Box (hello golfers!) This place was amazing! We loved everything about it and wanted for nothing our entire stay. Our 1st night we grilled down by the river in the community picnic area and then went swimming at the pool. The beds were a 10/10 and there were fans, extra blankets, plenty of pillows - everything we would need to be comfortable. The space is laid out so nice that you don't feel on top of one another. We slept great and never heard any neighbors. We boated all day the 2nd day on Table Rock Lake; we rented a boat from Indian Point Marina. We find Indian Point to be much cheaper to rent from that the other bigger marinas - it is a 25-minute drive from the condo. Our 3rd day we spent shopping, eating out and doing activities like the mountain coaster that is down the street. We loved our stay and would recommend Branson Boho 1 to everyone we know!

We loved this cute cozy place! They have thought of everything to make a stay stress free and comfortable! We traveled with a 1 year old and she loved the little kids corner with toys! Not having to cart toys with us since they were already there was a plus! The community pool was such a wonderful perk too…the food at the clubhouse was amazing! Great place to stay and the host was quick to reply every time!

Wonderful Cute Family Friendly

We had a wonderful stay! The place is so well decorated and stocked! They thought of everything down to toys for the kids. We loved hanging out on the patio and visiting the pool. Even with three kids (6, 4, 1) there was plenty of space for us all. The owner was very communicative, thorough, and helpful plus they had cute helpful print outs in the condo! 10/10 would stay here again

Successful first stay at a VRBO

This was our first stay at a VRBO, much less this particular property. We were very pleased from the start to the finish of our visit,,,although, we wished we'd stayed longer. The owners were very helpful, beginning with the day we booked the stay. Welcome messages and information re the property were sent in a timely fashion and added to our experience. The Damrells were warm and enthusiastic about wanting to insure our stay was pleasurable. The property was as described on the web..except better than that. The location was good. The decor was attractive. The furniture was comfortable. We would enthusiastically recommend this property to our friends and family and definitely stay here ourselves on a return visit to Branson in the future.

The way it should be

Finally, a Vrbo experience where someone has figured out how to excel in all categories. This home is extremely welcoming and well equipped! I do not know that I have ever been in a cleaner Vrbo. The community is very nice and having an indoor pool during the winter was just absolutely wonderful for the kids.

Your condo is gorgeous and spacious.The handicap parking spot was right in front. A few suggestions: add a wall clock in the living room, add grab bars in the tub areas of both bathrooms (to make it truly handicap accessible). Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Home away from home

This condo was the most accommodating and comfortable rental I’ve stayed at. The owners provide literally anything you could need from miscellaneous kitchen gadgets to toiletries and all toddler needs you could think of. Highly recommend this property.

Famoly spring break

This home was amazing!! It was in a gated community, with great onsite amenities. The home was extremly well equipped, with everything you can think of for a family with young children. The owner has truly thought of everything, from new toothbrushes, to mini shampoos, pac n play, high chair to football and tennis rackets, you will need for mothing. Communication and accommodation was outstanding, home was impeccable. We will most definitely be back and you could not go wrong booking this accommodation.

Just perfect!!

The best condo it literally has everything you need. We loved it so much and the host was absolutely amazing. All the touches from decor to providing essentials toys can’t rave enough on this place. Cozy and relaxing!

The condo is located in a great gated area pretty close to every attraction! It was very well decorated, it felt so cozy and we were very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty stocked with spices some coffee, creamer/sugar. I know thats not expected at most places so it was nice that they had some! The owner was very nice and pretty quick to respond if anything was needed. My husband and I are already discussing on coming back to branson and hopefully be able to reserve this condo again!
