Condo was beautiful, clean and exactly as advertised. I would have rated 5 stars but there were some issues. Not enough to ruin our stay but significant enough to note. First there was a consistent sound of water rushing thru pipe in the wall. We called mgmt office to advise but the problem was not fixed in the time we were there so we did have to listen to ongoing water rushing as though someone in another unit was flushing the toilet every 3 or 4 minutes for the whole of our stay. Secondly, there must have been some communication problem because the "bug guy" let himself into the unit while we were there (I had just gotten out of the shower). He did not knock, just let himself in and was surprised to find us there. Says he was told we were checked out already. Then we had to confirm with leasing office that they did have record of us staying until the next day. We had our dates right; "bug guy" did not. We had our dog with us. If we had not been there would he have sprayed around my dog? Again, unit was very nice, very clean and very relaxing (except for problems noted). Oh and I was told check out procedures were sent to me but I could not find them. I hope everything was left as it should have been. Please email me if there are questions.
