My boyfriend, son and I stayed for two nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The Grand Country Waterpark my son loved a d he also loved the Buffett for breakfast! There was a variety of foods to choose from. We will be staying again sometime soon. Definitely recommend!

water park and staff were great. My 7 year old granddaughter and I ate the buffet for dinner one night and will not do again. There was nothing she would eat. Usually they have fresh fruit and chicken tenders. Only fresh fruit was watermellon and it was not good. The waiter was great and offered to bring us chicken tenders but by that time she was eating ice cream and we didnt want to wait for them. The fried chicken on the bar looked dried out from lunch. It was not worth the price

Pizza buffet was delicious and so was the breakfast buffet. The water park however was freezing. My 2 year old would not participate in any of the activities because it was so cold. The hot tubs were warm not hot at best. We were excited to stay here but the main attraction was not satisfactory. I asked staff about it and she said she could not give me a straight answer.

The property is maintained as best can be. The support personnel were prompt on assistance ( appreciate that). We had an over flow toilet(grandchild still learning T/Paper) protocol) I called front desk requesting a plunger & 1 was brought to me promptly. I told Maintenance Man - I'd remedy the situation & asked where to leave plunger; answer was given & end of calamity .
