Terrible!
When got to the property the AC wasn't working on the hottest weekend of the summer. I immediately called and was assured someone woukd contact me. Long story short, I had to call back at least 15 times. Someone finally came out to "fix" the AC at 10:30 pm. The HVAC tech said he had just been out the previous week and told the property owner the whole unit needed to be replaced and not tobrent it out again. They knew there was a problem and chose to rent it out anyway. The coils were frozen and there wasn't a filter. When I called to report the problem, I was asked to find the breaker box and flip the breakers. I informed them after seeing the condition of the breaker box that I didn't feel comfortable. We were finally able to get to sleep around 1am. The HVAC tech gave us his personal number because he said he knew it wouldn't last. He was correct. We had to call again the next day. On top of that the coffee maker was broken and there were no lights at the pool so we couldn't even take the kids to cool off. The property owner finally contacted me 3 weeks after our stay but won't offer a refund. Run, and run far!
