We loved the location for visiting all that Branson has to offer. Access to the strip and secondary roads was excellent. Had spiders and bugs on several occasions and rooms in the condo over our stay. Parking is not assigned and availability is inconsistent.

This property was close to the 76 strip and yellow route which made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. We loved the locked gates to get into the property and the double locking doors to our room which made us feel very safe.

We had such a wonderful stay at this resort! The unit was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking and enjoying meals so easy. The pool area was beautiful and had a true resort vibe, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made our stay relaxing and memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

We really liked the resort! Looked more modern then pics when I booked it. Saw a bug during our stay, no bug spray which would have been nice. Mattress needs replacing imo. Was uncomfortable for us. Could hear neighbors through wall BUT we will stay again next time in Branson!

Good, but pool was filthy. Hope to get discount..

We've stayed here 3 times now & we absolutely love it here. We plan on coming back next year again. However, i do have several complaints. First, prices went up for the deposit fee. We wish we could use cash, but we can't. Thats a little upsetting. My wife always has cash for the deposit fee & when i go in there i have to put it on my debit card. We prefer to pay in cash. Same with the remaining balance thats due at the property we'd like to use cash, instead of the card, but again we can't. & second... omg... my family & I were horrified by how filthy & dirty the main pool was. We heard other guests conplain about that as well. The previous times we stayed, the pool was clean & when you went under water you could see your hand infront of you. This time we couldn't see anything. It was horrible. Couldn't even see your own feet!!! Another thing, we always get the first floor because my wife & i have foot and knee problems & the people who were staying above us were loud & sounded like they were slamming their bodies on the floor. My wife drove down there, which is a 9 hour drive for us & she was up well over 30+ hours & was looking forward to a good nights sleep & instead she got woken up at 5am. Our stays here are pretty good, but this one there was so much going on it was crazy!! We plan on coming back & hope to God the pool is a lot cleaner. My wife likes to do laps when she can and she saw yellow & brown floaties, she wasn't sure what it was & got a little sick.

No hot water pressure in kitchen sink, called but maintenance couldn’t fix. Big gap under entrance door which let insects in. Jacuzzi didn’t work properly. Was awaken at 4:00 am by two guys playing load music while in jacuzzi which was just outside my bedroom. Jacuzzi does not open till 8;00. Called front desk and ask parties to leave, they had climbed over fence to get in.

I can’t say there was anything particularly wrong with the place. Nice facilities and nice staff. Room was clean and fulfilled all of our needs. I would definitely not have a problem staying there again.

Wonderful New Year's Stay

Our room was perfect. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved the resort. We used the indoor pool and we would love to come back in warm weather and use one of the outdoor pools. The staff was very welcoming to us!
