It was a great hotel in all ways. You can walk to the Mansion Theater, and after the show they serve free cookies and .cobler. Check in and out was fast and simple.

Great staff. The evening dessert bar was a pleasant surprise. The property is older though well maintained. The proximity to the Sight & Sound Theater is a big positive.

It was our first time to stay here. We enjoyed the breakfast and the cobblers at night was a nice treat!!! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Room was clean. The only complaint we have at all is the ice cream was not good at all - not sure if it was the mix? Location was good- Overall a really good stay!

Rooms were clean. Check in was easy. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. Parking was available but very hilly, not something the property can control, and also not complaining just an fyi. Did not try breakfast but the dessert they have at night was welcome after a long day.

Breakfast was yummy. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage plus variety of yogurts, mixed fruit bowl, Great selection of fruit juices. Coffee, of course!

Welcoming hospitality!

Friendly and helpful staff. While an older property, it is well maintained. Great location to Sight and Sound Theatre and restaurants while staying a bit out of the fray! Love the evening dessert reception (yummy cobbler) and the encouragement basket at the breakfast bar. Would stay here again!

The hotel staff were clean and professional, the warm cobbler was a nice addition to our stay. The only downside to our stay was the poor air conditioning and circulation. The room we stayed in would benefit from a newer air unit. Would stay again.

I was excited to stay here, as the reviews were so positive. Our check-in was disappointing, for the receptionist was not friendly, not welcoming nor friendly. Yet, the room was very nice and neat. The breakfast served was above average for these types of buffets. The evening dessert opportunity of cobbler and ice cream is a nice addition to the stay. We walked to The Sight and Sound Theater that is less than a 10 minute walk! I would stay here again even though only a couple of staff were friendly to us. The two even smiled!
