Disrespectful Wannabe Manager Lil' White Girl

The hotel room had a very old and barely functioning A/C unit from 1985, broken front panel is technically needs important pieces to properly WORK like : air flow direction control slats/louvers- A/C was wasting time blowing cold air at the carpet instead of up towards the ceiling without any help if a circulation fan for the room; next black mold was inside every single little cracks of the A/C's radiator; next the refrigerator was a black mini but the ICEBOX was one solid block of ice and the fridge door wouldn't close and it made grinding noises all night long then a crushing clunk sound then started leaking water with hissing noises bringing a chemical smell causing bad head pains, which turned out was the main chemical the Refrigerator uses to keep food cold, now leaking from the pipe that burst when the frozen icebox started thawing out after the fridge compressor finally died in the middle of the night, the hotel tried to blame us for their equipment failure, luckily I knew better to say something ASAP to a manager about any problems in the FIRST minute to avoid being blamed by another Human Being without a single shred of personal integrity or lack of values and/or principles for the unnecessary destruction of anything inside the hotel room, i.e., Doors, Walls, toilet seats, mirrors, Beds, TV & Phone quipment, microwave and mini fridge---the hotel is definitely the ones at fault for not cleaning the excess frost growing all over the icebox from turning off A/C

The only thing I liked about my stay was the check-in process. I get in the room. I have flies buzzing everywhere in the bathroom smelled like pee. The carpet in the room was nasty and dirty and my son‘s feet were black after running on it and playing the vending machine took my money which thankfully they reimbursed. you get what you pay for. I paid for a cheap room and that is exactly what I got the room served his purpose as a place to sleep and shower even though I couldn’t handle the smell of the closet sized bathroom with just the toilet and a tub because it smelled so bad I didn’t even want to go into the bathroom.

Room was clean but beds hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good, only had slices of bread, waffles, biscuits and apples. If you are watching cards plan to eat elsewhere. Coffee was empty. The staff was friendly though and the rooms were cheap so the expectation can’t really be too high. They did have 2 nice clean pools, one being indoor.

Management was great. Asked for clean towels at desk after 2 days. There was a nice size mini fridge in the room. Room was very roomy. The outdoor pool was clean and decent size. The indoor pool was pretty big but water was very cloudy. The breakfast was ok. They had cereal, apples, different breads to toast, waffles and biscuits & packet peppered gravy. No meat or eggs and they had a hard time keeping it stocked. I would say they were short on help.

Situated for good access to Silver Dollar City and Sight and Sound and several restaurants within short distance but was upset we did not get full breakfast as they advertise..No eggs, no sausage just thin white gravy for breakfast. One of the main reasons i chose this hotel..Did not advertise it correctly!!!!!

We stayed during the Jeep Branson event. When we arrived we found out we were on the 2nd floor. The manger (and fellow Jeep owner) saw that we were taking the doors off our Jeep. We had plans to keep them in the room while we cruised Branson in awesome weather. She moved us to a first floor for convenience. She was very friendly and helpful. She also "ducked" our Jeep before we left. Great interaction with staff and we were close to all the activities we wanted to do. Great place. Will stay here next time we are in Branson. Hopefully soon!
