We have stayed several times as it is good enough and generally a good price. Amenities (mini-golf, pools, game room etc) are nice. Floor plan on units is well designed. Generally quiet as it is away from the main tourist area. Interiors are clean. Landscaping is well done and enjoyable. Exteriors of units (stairs, walks, siding) are not maintained. Trash and debris on stairs, Siding is dirty and will get clothes dirty if brushed against it. Interior of units are dated. Decore from the '90. Generally the units are clean but lots of wear and tear visible on walls and furniture. It is a timeshare resort that does presentations that can be refused. Go and enjoy the place, but don't expect the latest in interior finishes.

Made my concerns noted to front desk. Never received a phone call back regarding the matters. Commons area was nasty including elevator areas and sidewalks to condo trash just setting out. And huge stains were housekeepers at left bags setting wall, clean on concrete walkways

We felt that there was no privacy. We could hear every word, footstep, piece of silverware being used, shower, etc. in the adjoining condo! It made us self conscious to even talk, or consider having intimate moments. It was a very uncomfortable feeling, not relaxing at all. We slept ok and the studio was clean. The tub area needs hand bars to create a more safe space with such a luxurious, deep tub.

Spacious suites, centrally located, but not on the main drag of Branson. Quiet and it was beautiful to sit out on the screened in area and drink coffee early in the mornings. My husband say a bald eagle fly by.
