We go to Branson quite a bit, but were disappointed in the unit we rented. Upon arrival the hot water didnât last more than a couple of minutes so we notified the front desk and they were quick to communicate. However, after being gone all day at SDC, we returned to maintenance in our unit and he had to work on the water heater for at least an hour. He was great, but the kids couldnât use the bathrooms because the water was off and we couldnât shower to get ready for the shows that evening because the tank took another 45 minutes to heat up. I called and asked to be moved to another unit and they just said he is finishing and thanks for your patience. The TVâs oddly arenât smart TVâs so you couldnât watch Netflix and the remote in the master wasnât programmed correctly so that TV didnât work. Most of the units we stay in have ice makers and this did not so no ice and also no cooking spray, etc. also no landry detergent (which was fine but oftentimes units have these) Little things like the trash can being broken, blinds not working, etc. The staff did bring some detergent which was nice and offered to bring ice but we had already purchased some.
