The flat was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view as I was on the 11th floor. My only complaint is that despite there being a kitchen, it was of little use as it had no equipment. No cooking facilities, no dishes or cutlery, not even the basics to make a cup of coffee in the morning.

Roupa de cama suja, faltou edredom. No anúncio colocaram foto da piscina, dando a entender que seria permitido o uso, só que quando cheguei descobri que não podia. Propaganda enganosa. Como as fotos eram do hotel, achei que teria os benefícios da estadia no hotel, por exemplo o café da manhã. Não tinha. Faltou maior clareza no anúncio. Os funcionários da recepção são gentis e educados. As moças da limpeza que encontrávamos no corredor também foram educadas.

Recepção atenciosa. O hotel, com ótima localização, oferece mimos, como bolinho, café, maçã. A cama da acomodação é muito confortável. Porém, o flat não tem nada de utensílios básicos domésticos. A unidade tem filtro de água. Mas não disponibiliza copo.

Por se tratar de um aluguel fora da hospedagem a gente não tem direito a cobertor ou forro para se cobrir. Hotel se nega a fornecer. Necessário incluir na hospedagem o requisito para que se leve este tipo de item.
