Property was walking distance to various of restaurants and the shopping mall so it was convenient. Staff was communicative and helpful. The property itself needed fixing. It was old and there was mold in the room and other areas of the property. Water was dripping from the walls in the entrance.

All We Needed In an Urban Hotel

Friendly, competent, English-speaking staff, big clean comfortable, quiet room with good urban views. All it lacked was creamer for the coffee which is pretty minor! Great complimentary breakfast at a really nice cafe next door. Great value because of the strength of the US dollar. We will return next year!

Nossa experiência em Brasília, foi excelente. A localização é ótima, no Setor Hoteleiro, próxima ao shopping e a vários pontos turísticos da cidade. A região é segura, tranquila e muito agradável. O quarto estava muito limpo e organizado. Conta com uma mini cozinha e micro-ondas, o que facilitou bastante nossa rotina com nosso filho, esse detalhe fez toda a diferença para nós. Os funcionários são extremamente solícitos, educados e sempre prontos para ajudar. O café da manhã também nos surpreendeu positivamente: bem variado, com frutas frescas, salada de frutas e diversas opções deliciosas. A única observação é que a varanda não possui tela de segurança. Como estávamos com criança, optamos por manter a porta sempre fechada e, assim, tudo ocorreu de forma tranquila. Com toda certeza, se voltarmos a Brasília, ficaremos novamente no hotel.
