Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We booked in advance and hadn’t received anything from the host and only a confirmation email from Expedia. On the day of our trip we were arriving late and I messaged the host ahead of time to make sure it was okay, I never received any reply. Once we arrived at the general address of the property we couldn’t find the building or apartment we needed and I messaged the host once again and again got no response. At this point it was getting pretty late, we were with young children as well and needed to find a new place to stay. We reached out to Expedia and were told that the only way to get a refund would be if they speak to the host and would reach out to me in 24 hours. They told me that they couldn’t reach out either and I now need to try to see how I can get a refund for a service I never received.
Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2026
