The apartment(s) we were given were spotless, looked amazing both on the inside and the outside, incredible mountain view, very modern aesthetic and feel along with plentiful space both for a room of 4 and a room of 2. The parking outside was very spacious as well. Would definitely recommend these and they deserve a score of 5/5.
Check in process through Hotels
I was not given any check in information until I've contacted the owner through text on their WhatsApp phone number on their Facebook page. It seems that the accommodation shown and described in the pictures of this listing does not belong to the owner mentioned in this post. Contacting the owner through Hotels is impossible as their information was not up to date. The Hotels staff was not of good use either, they just told me "don't worry, we're certain the owner will contact you back eventually" despite it being around 20:00 at the time. If I relied on Hotels' help from staff and the owner's contact info from Hotels I most likely would've ended up without a place to stay at.
Experience with MoHost staff (the owner)
The owner, once contacted through WhatsApp, was very kind, very easy and nice to talk with, told us the situation honestly and helped us get two replacements accommodations for this flat in no time without asking for more money or anything. They felt very premium and it led to us having a great experience overall for our vacation and leave the accommodations with happy smiles 😊
