Sehr geehrter Gast, bezugnehmend auf die durch Sie eingestellte Beurteilung anlässlich Ihres Aufenthaltes in unserem Hause, bedanken wir uns recht herzlich für die Mühe, die Sie sich gemacht haben. Unser Haus ist in den 70er Jahren gebaut worden und daher nicht vergleichbar mit einem Hotelneubau. Wir können Ihnen aber versichern, dass jedes Jahr Investitionen für bauliche Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden. Die weiteren Anmerkungen und Anregungen haben wir selbstverständlich im Kreise der Abteilungsleiter besprochen, damit eine Qualitätssteigerung erfolgen kann.
