Approached by country lanes, this apartment overlooks the glorious beach at Putsborough, 2 miles from Croyde and 3 miles from Woolacombe. The holiday home has views over the sands stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point and if you don’t fancy the sea, stay in and use the indoor heated swimming pool.


Head up a few steps to level three to gain access to the apartment. Once inside it is all on one level, and the open-plan style provides excellent accommodation. The stunning views of Putsborough Beach, Baggy Point and Woolacombe Bay can be enjoyed from both the living and dining areas, with patio doors opening out onto the balcony to capture the full expanse of the view. Relax on the sofa and chair and watch some TV whilst the chef of the group whips up tasty meals. The kitchen, living room and dining area are all in the same space, so no one has to miss out on the conversation. Two well-furnished bedrooms (a king-size and a twin) with built-in wardrobes are served by a separate fully tiled bathroom with a WC. Quality furnishings with comfortable seating and pine furniture throughout make this apartment warm and welcoming.


A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach. Putsborough Beach is sheltered by cliffs and is ideal for swimming and surfing. During the main season, a beach shop and cafe provide refreshments. You’ll be surrounded by beaches in the North Devon World Surfing Reserve, but if you fancy some retail, the large village of Braunton (4.5 miles) and the market town of Barnstaple (11 miles) are a short drive away...
