Iâd reconsider my star rating if the owners took the money I spent and bought a new mattress with it. They donât even have to spend a lot, but what they have is unacceptable. There are two in there, One is acceptable and not an issue, but the other one was Horrible! Go figure, we got the horrible one when my daughter got the good one. I thought about bribing her to switch mattresses, but she isnât that stupid. The location is outstanding (within walking distance to peak 9) and the place was very clean. If that is your standard, it works.
I texted them a question or two and you could tell that we were just talking to a computer. Even though the parking lot was virtually empty the last night, they wouldn't give us a second parking pass. I understand using AI for customer service saves money but based on the price we paid, none of that savings was passed on to us.
