We had a wonderful stay in this Breckenridge home. The house was very spacious and extremely well-equipped, with plenty of amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were four families staying together and the space worked perfectly for all of us. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up. Communication with the host was excellent—they were always responsive, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We truly had a great time and would absolutely recommend this home to others.

Amazing property! Ive booked it 5 times because it absolutely meets and exceeds our annual ski trip grouo's needs. Very few properties in the area offer 11 separate beds, no bunkbeds, that accommodates our group. The 2 separate living room areas are expansive, comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The recreation area that includes poker table, fooseball, pool and the hot tub is exceptional allowing for some very fun entertaining nights. The hot tub was the center piece of our post ski days - it was large and water always hot offering relaxation with beautiful mountain views! The big dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook provided big space to cook big meals and enjoy breakfast/dinners together as a large group. The 3-car garage and parking area was perfect for our vehicle requirements as well. All in all, this property is spectacular and our group will continue to reserve for our annual ski trip!

Thanksgiving Snow Stay

Wonderful property! We had a great stay. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space and and plenty of places to gather. We did visit during a snowy period so we're glad we had AWD for our vehicle!

Great property, Great stay!

We had a group of 12 military retirees for annual ski trip and your property was outstanding like usual. This is our 3rd time staying there and hopefully won't be our last. It provided us with ample beds, and options to break into smaller groups throughout the house. The bar area was especially nice and provided a relaxing area to chat after a long day of skiing. The downstairs game rooms provided some fun, competitive moments on the pool table, fooseball table and poker table...in addition to movie watching that didn't interfere with the upstairs gatherings. The hottub and sauna were great as well, enabling us to relax sore muscles and enjoying each other's stories on the mountain. We really enjoyed your exceptional property!

Great for large groups!

This is a perfect place for multi-family gatherings. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and no kids complaining about what is on TV since there is one in nearly every room! The house is nice and spacious so we could send the kids downstairs to play foosball or to watch a movie. The hot tub is perfect with mountain views and room for 6 adults. The steam shower on the main floor is awesome after being out all day. We had some great food at the The Canteen Tap house and grabbed some breakfast at Domo 1898 on the way out of town. No complaints, excellent experience. We'll be booking again for upcoming family trips.

A group of friends and I rented this home for a weekend absolutely fell in love with it. It’s just a few minutes away from downtown Breckenridge and the resort. The shuttles were very easy to schedule and the driver was incredibly flexible. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. The ultimate house for families, friends, etc. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Lovely, large house but needs maintenance

We enjoyed this large house and its proximity to the town of Breckenridge and the slopes. There were 16 seats for meals and we enjoyed gathering in the living room and the two other rooms with sofas. We also made good use of the hot tub, sauna, dart board, billiards table and the free (except for tips) door-to-door shuttle to the slopes. The shuttle was a very nice feature. However, the house felt a bit like a rental to us; it could use some maintenance including replacing the outdated and worn out shag carpeting and non-functioning sliding doors in two showers. Funky layout not on shuttle lines

Here with a trip of over 60’s thus needed many bedrooms without sharing - house layout is odd with some rooms interconnecting and while different bedrooms are sort of shared spaces Booked in summer and the wording “shuttle in winter” was misinterpreted to mean that there was a shuttle that came to the house like many large “gated” properties like at vail but in cat one must drive a mile to get to the shuttle and then park which really means one must drive to the slopes with gear etc - I think that should be clearer and only when we did a rendezvous earlier in season was this clarifiedThe property is a touch dated but things worked and it was fine for a group of guys the hot tub worked wellAll in all you get what you pay for - nothing special but workable for a large group with lots of space and a pool table etc but you need a car and the drive in the winter is quite steep - if the weather had been snowier chains might have been necessary as it is the furthest property up the road Views greatQuiet While only 2 miles from the resort the lack of a proper shuttle might deter some folks in winter

Great location, house needs major work.

The house is in a great location close to town, and has an abundance of space for large gatherings. The hosts are very quick to respond to communications, but for what you pay for this property, they need to put some love into it. Upon arriving, we noticed dirty clothes, water bottles, beer cans, and trash left from the guests before us. So clearly, the house had not been cleaned properly. Which when you pay so much for cleaning you would expect these things would be handled. The walls are chipped and beaten up. The carpet is stained and needs to be cleaned or replaced. There is black mold in the master bathroom shower and the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom are covered in mold as well. The bedroom comforters are stained. All these things just makes the house feel dirty. I was hoping I could upload pictures to show the condition of these things. I wish we would have taken advice from the previous guest review and stayed in a property that was kept in better condition.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 16 adults for 8 days and there was plenty of room for everyone. The foosball, hot tub and beautiful deck were thoroughly enjoyed! The neighborhood is beautiful and nice to walk every morning, we even saw a moose and a bear! I searched rental properties and read hundreds of reviews prior to booking this one for my 50th birthday celebration. In order for this to get a 5 star review there needs to be good maintenance sweep. The half bath on the main level was out of order and looks like it has been inoperable since the last review from June. It’s the only common bathroom on the main floor so it’s pretty important. The dry sauna did not work, I emailed the owner and followed his instructions but 3 of us still couldn’t get it working. He never checked back with me to see if everything was okay. Some of the beds could use a memory foam topper, especially the one next to the dry sauna. My cousin said they could feel the box springs. If you’re staying 8 days you’ll need to restock the paper towels, toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner. Otherwise, there’s plenty of dishes and kitchen accessories to cook big meals. Some of the blinds didn’t move up/down in a couple of the bedrooms. Overall I was satisfied with this house but feel these maintenance issues need to be a priority.
