I never leave reviews, but had such a great experience I felt I needed to. Condo was great, 3 nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Check-in and out were a breeze. True ski-in, ski-out; was less than 1 minute walk to the downhill trail that takes you right to the snowflake lift. On way back take snowflake trail to right behind the condo. We cooked all but one night and found the kitchen more than adequate. Private hot tub with heated walk way was fantastic. Private garage a bonus too. Would definitely stay here again.

The hot tub was not hot enough. the kitchen is ridiculously small. only 2 people could fit in the kitchen at a time. when loading the dishwasher you could not access the kitchen or the fridge.

The property was nice with plenty of space, comfortable beds and a nice hot tub. Easy access to everything Summit County has to offer. We will definitely stay again when we’re in the area. Also, communication was amazing.

Good but bumps. Reviews when finding places to stay are important to me and I read them. Bumps were microwave breaking immediately, ice maker not working, needs a new coffee maker, kitchen is tiny and two people cooking isn’t practical (can’t tell in photos) carpet tack strip in master bedroom being exposed and chemicals in hot tub are intense! Property manager was excellent with communication and had a counter top microwave delivered within an hour. I had read about the chemicals in hot tub so expected that but they were strong! Tack strip needs to be addressed because if you’re not paying attention you get a painful surprise. Location is quie and pretty. We usually stay within walking distance of town but changed it up this time and it was fine. I would stay again but unit needs some attention. I did notify property management of everything in review.

Everything was great with our condo. Very nice and clean! The kitchen was well stocked with anything needed to cook with. Only complaint was that the icemaker didn’t work.

Perfect vacation!

We checked in on a Wednesday evening after driving 13 hours. The property was easy to find and in a great location. Very clean and it worked out perfect to have a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor. We could get ready for the rehearsal dinner and wedding that we had on Friday and Saturday. It was a beautiful stay there. We can’t wait to come back.

We stayed in Breckenridge for three days prior to seeing James Taylor at Red Rocks. Breckenridge is a fantastic place and this property was perfect for our group! Very clean and great location!!!

Lovely April ski trip

The house was amazing and I would definitely recommend. It was great to already have sine essentials like toilet paper, soap etc. Also plenty of towels. The rooms are clean and spacious and have everything. The hot tub is great. The only slight issue is the heated pads are so hot to walk on!! Location good for slopes.

Highly recommend this condo, great location and we loved everything about the condo. It was very clean, kitchen well stocked, enjoyed the hot tub after skiing all day. Great communication with the host. Definitely, would stay again.

Super comfortable and convenient location!

I was looking for convenience and comfort and this checked both boxes. The rental is in a great little neighborhood just blocks from Beaver Run (where my kids had snowboard lessons), and steps from the Reservoir Trail that allowed me to snowboard straight to the Snowflake lift. Additionally, the house is great - with comfortable bedrooms, family spaces and a heated garage. We also enjoyed the hot tub several times. Lastly, our kids also loved all the games and the crayon puzzle that are in the foyer closet (I’d never played Target monopoly before and was a little surprised to lose to a 6 year old genius, but we had a great time)! I didn’t touch the grill, but saw it was available. Fans or extra blankets were available in every room. It really met our expectations from the listing!

Breck Ski Trip 2025

Everything was great, from booking, to check-in, to check-out. Easy communication with the host, description of the property was spot-on. Ski-in/Ski-out was as described, snow was great so we did not have any issue with the need to walk or pole our way back. The trail to the lift was a short 50 yard walk, and then downhill all the way to the lift. We would stay/recommend staying here again. Thanks for helping make a great trip!

Thanksgiving Ski Weekend

Excellent property and location. The house was exceptionally clean and was comfortable enough for my wife and I, three adult children and our teenager. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. The location along the Snowflake Trail was great. We were able to walk two doors down to the ski trail which enabled us to ski to the lift and rental shop. Skiing in was a little more challenging because the trail gets flat but it’s doable for skiers with poles. Snowboarders may have to walk some of the flat areas though. The neighborhood was very quiet but close enough that we could walk to town. Outdoor hot tub was excellent and the heated mats were a nice bonus. I’m glad Breck got 20 inches of snow just before we arrived which opened more terrain for the weekend.
