This was my second year in a row staying in this unit, last year for nine days, this year for 15. It is a perfect, phenomenal unit.The location (250 feet from the rental shop and just a few more feet to the slopes) is great of course, but so too are the amenities: the extra bathroom, when guests stay in the living room (or when I do because my son takes the bedroom); the modern coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, laundry, etc., etc.; the two parking spots (one indoor the other out); the location on the first floor (when entering from the outdoor lot); the easy walk or drive to town.What more is there to say. For a couple with kids, or for a solo with friends visiting, or for any other party who needs only one bedroom (with another nice pullout bed in the living room), this the place to say. I already am looking forward to next year!

Our stay was at the beginning of December, and only 3 or 4 units in the building were occupied. These are vacation homes/secondary homes for most people in this complex. The view from this condo is amazing! It overlooks a beautiful stream that runs right behind the unit (no mountain view). The fireplace is perfect and adds a really nice touch.Great location. Just south of downtown/main street. You could walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops in the spring/summer. In the winter you will need to drive or get a ride.The unit itself was clean and in good shape. If there are more than 2 people staying, you will need to do laundry as there were not a whole ton of towels, wash rags, etc
 provided.Be aware the couch in this unit is arguably the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. There is only one other very small chair in the living room to sit on. Not a whole ton of comfortable options to sit back and relax.The bed sheets, pillows, and pillow cases were old and worn (but clean!) and need to be replaced. The bed itself was comfortable but small and low to the ground. There is only 1 spare blanket, which was for the sleeper sofa.The staff were very friendly and their communication was great. Check-out instructions were the easiest I have ever come across. Sometimes these places have a check-out list so long you feel like you are the cleaning crew. Easy to use smart TV’s. Kitchen appliances were top of the line. Basic/minimal shower supplies provided.

Awesome property

I had a fantastic stay at this rental near Breckenridge! The location was perfect, with easy access to the base of the mountain (5min walk), making it super convenient for skiing and exploring the area. The property was spotless. Communication with the property manager was excellent — they were quick to respond and provided all the info we needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Breckenridge!

Fantastic Unit and Location

My stay at this property resulted in the best ski trip that I have enjoyed in my 45 years of skiing. The unit is ideal for getting to the mountain and for getting into town. And it has everything I could have wanted in a unit. Summit Mountain Rentals is easily the best property manager in Breck and responds within minutes to any inquiry, large or small. Although I would want a two-bedroom if my wife and son joined me, the unit was ideal if you only need one bedroom. And the extra full bathroom is great if, like I, you have a family member (in my case, my niece) staying for just a night or two.

Great Location

This place was awesome. The location can't be beat. It was a short walk to the Peak 9 lift and to main street. We didn't need to use our car the whole weekend. The house was super clean and the communication from amazing.
