The Painted Lady sits 1/4 mile from the quaint downtown square in Brenham, TX. She was born in the Victorian era but has recently been remodeled into a duplex. Her 1 bedroom 1 bathroom makes it easy to access the best restaurants and shopping the city of Brenham has to offer. Or choose to simply unwind in her newly remodeled modernized space. Kitchen, washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Don't want to drive? Take a 7-minute walk from this comfortable duplex (shared wall but no shared entry) to Brazos Valley Brewing Co. and see what's on tap for the day. Visiting your Blinn College student? Walk or drive less than a mile. Explore antiques in nearby Round Top. Indulge in $1 ice cream scoops at Blue Bell Creameries. Shopping in downtown Brenham. Connect with Texas' proud past at the Washington-on-the-Brazos State Historic Site. Check out nearby Chappell Hill, Burton, and Giddings. You have your own parking spot in driveway to the left of the front of the house. The back deck & backyard are all yours to use & enjoy. We respect your privacy & live off premises but are only a phone call away should an immediate need arise. Your happiness with your stay is our goal! This home is a duplex with two units that have separate, private entrances and no shared space. The units share one wall between them. To ensure a meticulous stay, we charge a deep cleaning fee equivalent to the pet fee even if the guest brings a service pet.

This is not only for the safety of the house but also to respect our neighbors. If we receive any reports of parties, your stay will be terminated immediately, and a fine of $500 will be charged.
2. No Loud Music or Noises: Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times, especially after 10 pm. Our neighbors enjoy peace and quiet, and we want to maintain good relationships with them. If we receive any reports of loud music or noise, your stay will be terminated immediately, and a fine of $200 will be charged.
3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or anywhere on the property. If we detect smoking in the house, a fine of $500 will be charged.
4. No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets in the house.
5. No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an additional fee, and you will be asked to leave.
6. Please dispose of your trash: Leaving trash and food inside the house will attract insects and rodents.
7. No Rearranging Furniture: Please do not move any furniture from its original position. If you do, you will be charged a fine of $100.
8. No Destruction of House Furniture/Items: Please treat the house and its contents with respect. If any damage is done to the house or its contents, you will be charged for repairs or replacements.
9. Be Mindful of Neighbors: Please be mindful that this is a duplex and you share a wall with tenants next door. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
10. Ensure All Sliding Doors and Windows are Locked: Please ensure that all sliding doors and windows are locked before leaving the house for your safety and the safety of the house.
11. Clean After Yourself: Please clean up after yourself and leave the house in the same condition you found it. If excessive messes are left, a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
12. Park only in your designated spot.
