Unique property and perfect Brevard location

Property even better than advertised, you really must experience this unique and historical property. Perfect location in Brevard and great amenities. Really was a great place to stay as I visited my daughter.

Hidden gem

We have stayed outside of Brevard a few times but this was our first time staying in town. I'm glad we chose this property for our latest trip. It was a great place to explore from. It's close to bakeries in the morning and ice cream at night. The dining table made a perfect boardgame table for us every evening after a day of exploring the waterfalls. It was a great place for our family trip to the mountains.

Wonderful Penthouse

Sister’s Summer Trip ‘24 is now a beautiful memory. This property was perfectly located in downtown Brevard. We could walk to all of the local restaurants and shops easily. The penthouse was very lovely and welcoming at the end of a fun day. It’s beautiful and we couldn’t have found more charming and comfortable accommodations.

This loft was all we had hoped for and more, tons of character and a great "feel" to the place, super comfortable bed and every need anticipated- we are also VRBO owners so we're extra picky! The location is also great- right in the middle of town! Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends

Over the moon at Luna Loft

Great 6 days in a very artistically done space on the third floor of a historic building in Brevard. Everything about the Luna Loft was first class including the owners/Vrbo agent. The town itself was walkable and interesting. Eating possibilities were varied and good. Day hikes and waterfalls within 15-30 minutes of Brevard are plentiful.

We loved Luna Loft!

Spacious, elegant and very comfortable. Someone did a great job of designing this space and making something very special out of an older building. Location is excellent. A short walk or bike ride to lots of shopping and dining. About a 20 minute drive to great mountain biking and hiking at DuPont and even closer to Pisgah. We would love to spend more time here.

Everything within a walk

In our short stay, we had a warm, sunny day and another cold, rainy one. Either way, there was plenty to do -- shopping, restaurants, waterfalls, or staying in an enjoying the amazing space. We will be back!

Cool Loft

This place is amazing! It is located in the center of an adorable downtown area. The loft itself is extremely spacious and clean. It is the coolest place. The lighting is unique and the decor is so cool. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the unit was well appointed with everything you might need. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect!

We stayed for 3 nights and since we had our kids with us (ages 14 and 17) we thought it would be nice to be within walking distance to food, coffee, shops. Super convenient for all. We visit Brevard a lot and usually stay in a house so this was a nice change. Really unique and charming, full of character rental. Beds comfortable and clean as well as furnishings all very well maintained. We will definitely try to stay here again when in area!

Perfect Loft!

Great stay at Luna Loft! The space was bigger and better than I expected. We loved the brick, high ceilings, and decor. It was like we stepped back in time, but still had all the modern luxuries. It was so convenient to walk to the restaurants and shops. Brevard is a very small town, but I’m glad we opted to stay there instead of Asheville for our mountain getaway as it was the perfect location for easy access to hiking and lots of waterfalls.

Absolutely amazing!

We were in town for a long weekend and loved staying at the Luna Loft! The location literally could not get better. Parking and logistics were super easy. We could not get enough of the brick and wood - such a warm feel on a rainy day. We also loved the quirky charm of the place. The bed & couch were super comfy… and the amenities (with some nice touches) were great! Could not ask for more! Thank you :)

Fun!

What a cool loft! Everywhere you look there is something fun to look at- architectural feature, antique piece of furniture, interesting piece of art. Loft is in the center of town, with plenty of shops, galleries and places to grab a bite. Bakery down the street has wonderful cinnamon rolls. Near to great hiking. Comfortable king bed. Owner/property manager is helpful and easy to work with . We enjoyed our stay!

Cool spot for a "Guy's Weekend"

This loft is super-cool. I wanted to get away with a couple of my buddies from growing up so we met here in Brevard. Perfect location with lots of great food options within walking distance. One brewery (UpCountry) within walking distance and another 2 (Ecusta & Oskar Blues) only a short drive away. And great hiking options all around the area. We also loved just relaxing in the loft and enjoying a few beers together while catching up. While it is a cool spot for a "Guy's Weekend" away, I'm also planning on bringing my family back since my wife and 13-year-old daughter also love the downtown Brevard area! Thanks to Alison for renting out such a cool and unique spot!!

Love the Luna Loft

Our family just spent a week in the Luna Loft, and what a gem! Beautifully decorated with a mix of the modern and the old. The apartment was clean and functional. The bathroom is a bit tight, but it met our needs. We loved being able to walk to stores, restaurants, bakeries, and parks. We appreciated the history of the building as well. If you are considering this space, keep in mind you have to negotiate 48 steps to reach the apartment on the third floor. It is also an older building, so the floors squeak and are not completely even. However, that is part of the charm of this loft apartment.
